And what shipping method (ground, 2nd day, next day)? And I assume that upon delivery of your cleaned records, you get to keep the box, which comes in handy if you choose to use their service, again? And the price will be a few dollars less, due to you already having the shipping box? And you ship them only the records -- no album jackets?

I Have A Ton Of Rare And Out Of Print Cds I Listen To, But Want Protected Especially In The Car!
They literally give NO actual information on whether they merely use a wet vacuum or ultrasonic system. Absolutely absurd to NOT reveal the process they use. Followed the link you posted below and they are vague as hell. NOT good. Why would I send valuable records if I have NO idea of the process they are to be subjected to?
If you want more information why don't you ask them? I'm sure they will be happy to discuss their methods (without giving away proprietary information)
You had better look through their website again. They do discuss the process and show a flow chart of all the steps.There are two ultrasonic steps ,a 135khz cleaning and a 220 kHz rinse.

Ive always been curious about hearing before and after clips using their service. So far Im not aware of anyone who has compared in detail like that.

Yes, this cleaning process is fine for colored records, picture disks, and other special pressings.
