Thanks, surprisingly just turning the phone off and back on, then airplane mode off and back on worked for me. I was surprised because I did turn the phone on and back off before but that didn't work. The airplane mode seems to have fixed it.

When I turn on hotspot it say tethering/mobile ap unavoidable if have any idea would be awesome

Hello Ty, make sure that your rate plan allows you to use hotspot, you have to have a tethering plan with STW , and if your phone is or it's been unlocked to STW then that would be an issue, I would rather recommend a straight talk wireless phone for better experience, I hope one these tips can solve your problem and also you might have to update your Sim Card for the 5G network, even though your phone is a 4G LTE , call Customer service for that, please Subscribe to the Channel and happy Holidays to you and your love ones
