Thank you so much, I was always confused by the ERC freeze and morph saving so I’m glad to see we don’t actually need to do it. Very simple and easy to understand tutorial.
Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you!! MATE! I had so many problems with adding my morphs, I needed this so kuch you cant believe it!
Good tutorial! Finally got it figured out with the help of this. You earned a subscribe today. My only nit would be that I didn't see where you went into fixing the rigging or ERC freeze, but I already knew about that.
This is very helpful. Thanks. Do you also know how to create a morph for a specific bodypart, like just the ears, no head, no body, just the ears? and organise it with other ear and facial morphs?
I'm pretty sure just by changing one specific area. If you want a nose morph just sculpt the nose and save it as a morph. Don't do the entire body. Now I'm sure that introduces some issues. I'm guessing the key is to separate the areas you want target. Maybe sculpt and use shape keys to mask out the areas you want exclude
Sorry to ask but, what is the procedure to follow with gen 3 models? When I reimport to Daz after scultping, the eyelashes texture dissapear and 2 black planes appear at each eye
I already knew how to do that but I followed the tutorial without worries. However I still have the same questions, how to move the morph in the shaping and thus be able to save and share it? For blending I manage to create what I want and I usually design models in several parts, head, hand etc... then link them. To export one of my creations I can easily reproduce this process from a genesis figure but the model always "explodes" when I try to apply my morph. I took care to check the number of vertexes, faces, edges so that it was identical to the model sent but that does not seem to be the solution. Is there a solution to this?
Are you following the exact steps and software versions? I think there are different obj exporters or something. My guess would be your mesh is not exactly the same. There are a lot of steps and you need to make sure those point are the same.
@@KennyFleccher I tried your method five or six times this evening but I was always stuck after the import, the error message looks like this, facet count mismatch... (16368!= 16532) but I succeeded with other parameters.
I cost a lot of time to find tutorials and finally I found your video. This is exactly what I need. Thanks a lot man.
Please like and share the video to help others
Hands down the best vid I’ve seen on this subject. Love the concise editing. Thank you!

Hey dude, when i try to import it back to DAZ studio it gives me this error: Warning: Geometry did not match, failed to create morph.
Are you using the same exact settings and steps and versions.?
i have the same problem. same steps and save software versions
How do you get such awesome quality on your videos this is 4K it looks awesome do you have a 4K monitor
Thanks. Yes I have a 4k. They do take longer to edit and are huge but hopefully years from now they hold up.
thanks best tutorial about morphs out there

sorry I don't know about gen 3
@@KennyFleccher dont worry man. I was importing it wrong so it is the same procedure. Greetings.

Very helpful.. Thank you. Also trying making some G9 HD Morphs using Daz_dhdm_gen blender addon.. very interesting..
hey, can we do that with difeomorphic?
