For 20 isn't it c since it is the writer of a call contract. Meaning they are selling a call? They would want it to go down not up.
@@legendarycomputerprogramme6574 the question is NOT about the the investor it is about the contract. The contact strike price to the market price
Thank you so much for your videos in the SIE exam! Before watching your videos I was getting 67-72% on practice exams. After watching a couple of your videos I got an 81% on the practice exam I took!!!! Definite boost in my confidence! Thank you!!!!!
Confidence is worth real points on the real exam for sure. Glad to hear about you confidence boost.
Hi Tiffany, which practice exam resource would you recommend? Is there a particular book of practice tests, or a website you used? Like you, I also want to take several/many practice tests to get a sense of what my scores will be, and to determine which areas I need to get better at...thanks
Thanks Dean! I passed my SIE 1 month ago, just finished my S7 Kaplan and STC material so wanted to circle back around before I do my practice finals and your S7 questions. Your channel has been a great help for both tests! Can’t wait to watch your 66 playlist in about a month!
Kudos on your first testing victory. The successful execution of your SIE study plan will pay big dividends on the execution of your Series 7 study plan.
What is your next testing victory after your Series 7 testing victory? 63? 66?
Taking the test on Tuesday, thank you so much for posting this!
De nada. Sending you good test vibes. Be confident in yourself tomorrow and even more important be confident in your answers.
Pro tip: FINRA has posted the topics that will be covered on the SIE. Took it once after reading two books cover to cover just to be blindsided by a few questions not covered in that material. Do not skimp on looking at the FINRA tested subjects list! This isn’t a college exam!
I have that here in its entirety and explicated. In is in SIE playlisr 1. It has hundreds of thousands of views and has contributed to thousands and thousands of testing victories.
Taking my exam on Tuesday, I watched couple of your videos and honestly you have made it easier to understand I was completely lost the first 2 weeks that I started studying . And with your videos it’s making more sense thank you so much

Very helpful, thank you
Glad you found it helpful
Hey dean, I am confused on why the answer to question 49 is B. Because I was under the impression that this was a feature of a closed end fund which is also a mutual fund. So I guess I am not sure what I thought the answer was because in my head I thought all the answers were characteristics of mutual funds.
Closed end funds can issue more than class of equity open end funds cannot so given the answer set b is the best answer. Check out the video on the differences between open end and closed end.
I cannot find information on any of the mutual fund types listed in my Kaplan SIE study book that list all the funds that were mentioned in like 29 and 30 slides. How am i supposed to know what these funds are and how they would help these suitability questions? ugh...why wouldnt they provide that
They do. Look harder. For SIE pretty basic recognition type questions. Kniw the difference between open and closed.
@@Series7Guru they do provide some definitions of some of those listed but like the international fund which was the answer to the question; i cannot find it. I have digital version and I searched there as well as printed version and searched that too. I would have never known to study this deep into them to figure out to use that fund without this video, so THANK YOU for those questions. Your videos have been an AMAZING help and i have all the videos from Kaplan (which are horrible) :) Their Q bank is phenomenal and the book is a great tool too but frustrating when i cannot research stuff i find in videos here that arent in the book.
@@teresalgeorge it is not material to making your mark.on the SIE. It is mostly recognition not judgement
