There's also a good practice test on the FINRA web site. Those questions are probably closer to the ones you would get in the actual test...

I was wondering on question #32 (27:24), while the NAV does not have an impact on the % mutual fund sales charge, it definitely does have an impact on the $ amount of the sales charge. Would it make it clearer if the question asked about "% sales charge" instead of "amount sales charge"?
Why are these substantially easier than the Kaplan guide questions? Does the SIE mimic these sorts of questions?
Ben - Thanks for the comment. The practice questions and tests we put out on this channel are a combination of question types. Some will be similar to the difficulty on the SIE exam. I wish these questions were in the actual SIE. I took recently and it was a lot of senerio question long worded questions... there were no regulations or any questions about the SEC or nothing u would have thought was there.. any feedback for that or something I should do... maybe my next set of questions will be better...
