    Today, we're making a delicious Couscous Casserole with a side of Arugula Salad.
    Let's dive right in!
    In one pan, boil couscous until al dente.
    In another pan, melt butter, add flour, then milk, salt, and nutmeg to make a creamy sauce.
    Mix the sauce with the couscous, adding cheese.
    Layer the couscous mixture with sautéed minced meat in a baking dish and bake.
    While it bakes, make a quick Arugula Salad with cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, red onion, and cream cheese.
    Toss the salad with a zesty dressing.
    Once the casserole is done, plate it up with the salad and enjoy!

    - Butter (2 ounces or 50 grams)
    - Flour (1/2 ounce or 15 grams)
    - Milk (17 fl oz or 500 milliliters)

    - Minced pork and beef (14 ounces or 400 grams)
    - Provencal herbs
    - Pepper
    - Paprika
    - Tomato paste (5 fl oz or 150 ml)
    - Onion
    - Garlic
    - Grated cheese (7 ounces or 200 grams)
    - Olive oil
    - Arugula
    - 7 Cherry tomatoes
    - 1/2 Bell pepper
    - 1/2 Red onion
    - 2 tablespoons of Cream cheese
    - Lemon juice
    - Oregano
    - Mustard

    That's "tomato sauce" here in English speaking countries. 06:45 "Tomato Paste" is much thicker, like room temp butter.

    In Sydney Australia we call that couscous pearl couscous. I have always been intrigued by it but never knew what to do with it and now I do - so thank you.
