▶ Cooking recipe and ingredients:
~ 1.2 pork (4 large steaks)
Salt, pepper, dry garlic, paprika
1 onion
Fry in sunflower oil for a few minutes
1 carrot
3-5 stalks of celery
1 pepper
Salt, black pepper, dried parsley, paprika
Let simmer for about 5-7 minutes
800g potatoes
Salt, pepper, Italian herbs, dry garlic
some vegetable oil
180g mozzarella
Bake for about 40 minutes at 200°C
