- Ham
- Canned pineapple
- 8 ounces or 250 grams of feather pasta
- Arugula
- 12-15 Cherry tomatoes
- 1 Cucumber
- 1/2 Bell pepper
- 1/2 Red onion
- Philadelphia cream cheese
- Soft cheese 7 ounces or 200 grams
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Oregano
- Black pepper
- Salt
- Mustard
- Parsley
