As always great content, thank you. One tip the camera overlay sometimes obscures what you are showing on screen (i.e. the Risk Module section for High risks).

Thanks. We usually move the camera in post production when this happens. but it was missed in this video. We will try harder! :)

If you haven't looked you might peek at OBS as a tool to mange the on-screen production.

Let's say you have many projects going at once and you are resource constrained, how can you see which tasks across all projects that a resource should be working on today? Behind this thinking, each project has its importance, sequence and interdependencies, all of which reflects upon the importance of tasks, their order and priority.

It's quite easy to find the tasks that individual should be working on at a given time, but to pick the one of the most importance, taking into account what you wrote, is not something that the tool will help you with. It can not interpret how important the dependency is, for example.

@@geniusgecko-project-management Thanks. I also use the Foxly prioritization add-in and I can go through all my tasks in each project and prioritize them, then use JQL to see a list across projects sorted by priority score, although that does not include project importance nor the sequence. If the task is not yet to be done due to incomplete prior tasks that it depends on, or in other words, the highest priority task across all projects that do not have dependencies on tasks that are not done yet. This list in Jira is mapped into Sunsama for daily/weekly work planning and eventually into a paper Franklin-Covey planner for tactical execution spanning work, personal, etc. LOL :)
