Legit. A mate was fixing his road bike in my shed, rode it 10 seconds up the court and back to the shed to see if what he fixed was working, few weeks later gets a 300$ fine and 3 points for riding with no helmet spotted by cops who were attending a call out to a house on the other street.. Any opportunity for a cash grab with vicpol.
@@jaynekk1 Its bloody ridiculous, In nsw I got a $400 fine for riding up my dead end street 20m from the driveway and back when I was only 16 years old.
