Bog over etch primer is an absolute no no. Etch is typically acid based and doesn't react well with body filler. Epoxy is fine, a DTM filler primer is fine, even bogging straight over clean and properly welded steel is fine. Just not over top of etch.
Otherwise, pretty good DIY effort. Looks like a fun build. Have just subscribed 👍

Lads loving the videos! I'm up to exactly the same point fixing the rust in the roof of my GQ Wagon. One thing I've been told to do before I go for paint is to re-seam seal the drip rails / gutters. Apparently it's cracks in old the seam sealer and water ingress from that which causes the rust in the roof. If its not resealed the rust will come back pretty quickly! Keep up the good work!

That’s a great idea! I have also been told not to Seam seal onto bare Metal so we might run a beed of it over it in primer!

I believe it was because the seam sealer can hold in moisture
