The writing this season has surpassed anything since the hader/wiig/sudeikis/etc days. I really want Beck back and for the Veterans to stick around at least a few more seasons. They've really hit a great stride super early. The newcomers are excellent, but I really do love the older cast. That being said, when Jost & Che leave WU, I think the Please Don't Destroy guys should take over. They'd bring such a good element to it and would probably change the format. Either way, at the end of last season, I was dreading the veterans leaving because no one in the newer cast besides Bowen really excited me. That's all changed, but I still want another few seasons just like they're giving us right now. If Beck came back it'd be perfect.
My list of 1x hosts who I'd love to see in the 5-timers club: Donald Glover, Jessica Chastain, James McAvoy, Don Cheadle, Saoirse Ronan, and now Jonathan Majors. He was so game in every sketch.
I have an old friend from college who really DID jump off her house while she was high. She broke both her ankles and had to be wheelchair bound for awhile. She finally managed to get herself clean, but she has lingering pain to this day. Say NO to drugs kids.

@@koorkad7405 I agree if it was filked to mean something totally different with the same music, or extremely similar lyrics with a very different melody, but loving both this show and the original the song it’s taken from, it makes me feel a little uncomfortable because it is so close to the original but without giving credit but not enough the same so they could avoid paying copyright fees. I don’t have all the information regarding how this was written, but for some reason this really set my hackles off. Possibly because that show has never gotten the credit I think it deserved musically.
