I stand up a legal pad right next to where I’m spraying. I test start the air and paint to check color, pattern, and make sure it doesn’t spit globs. Hold the air on but shut off the paint and move your brush to the lure. Works particularly well with metallics that tend to blow out blobs when first sprayed. If I goof up spraying, I use air brush cleaner and an old toothbrush. Clean off the paint and start over Looks great when done. Do u happen to know where you got the blank and it’s actual name? Good video
Passed your jeep as I was leaving a little creek the other day, hope you've been doing better than I have. Loving the diy air brushing, these look sick.
They look very nice. I like to use sepia on the back most of the time. Lived in middle TN for 20 years and fished and guided on Percy Priest and Tim’s Fors
I’ve found air pressure varies quite a bit with brand of paint, even different colors of the same brand. In Createx opaque white takes more pressure than opaque black. Also, if you use Createx and either use thinner or UVLS that affects best pressure. I’d strongly recommend using UVLS. Makes the paint flow and stay in place better. Literally a game changer for results If you test spray on a piece of hard finish paper it helps you set pressure. I ALWAYS spray on paper first so I don’t blob on the lure. Hold your air on as you move the brush from the paper to the lure so it doesn’t spit chunks

Thanks man. Haven’t been able to get out in the water lately.
Nice video. Very educational. You just helped my air brushing skills.
Awesome! Glad I could help you out!

Love it here. Plenty of places to fish.
@@fishitmiddletennessee yes there are and great hunting too
👍👍👍👍👍
Nice work, they look really good
Thanks. Can’t wait to catch something on one.
@@fishitmiddletennessee it is a really good feeling when you catch something on one that you created yourself!
Very nice. e need to see finished bait at end tho :)
I do a similar pattern but use Iridescent Yellow. Catches fish anywhere.
Thank you and thanks for watching the channel. 👍🏽
Okay 👌
What are you dipping it in?
I use KBS Diamond coat
@@fishitmiddletennessee thank you
The cure time takes a while but I feel like it’s a great product and easy to use.
@@fishitmiddletennessee And the bait just dip ready?
Yes. I do a single dip on most unless it going to be bumping rocks or fishing for toothed fish.
How many mm is this airbrush?
It’s a Iwata Eclipse with a .35
what you using for clear coat?
KBS Diamond coat. It’s been working great. Cure time is long though.
What air pressure ?
I’ve learned to turn my pressure down or up depending on the paint I’m using. Most of the time I’m around 15 psi now.

You need closer up camera views while painting. Can't even see what you're doing till you show the lure at the end
Yeah. This is one of me older videos. I had to change the camera around since then.
