Thanks for the video! I ‘ran’ the LIAD too on Saturday. Really tough and those climbs lasted forever. My struggle was more about shoe choice and I kept on slipping on those wet rocks - especially coming into Ambleside. I slipped so many times and kept on jolting my knees and groin. 2nd half was a real slog as I pretty much had to run walk it in with a sore knee. Your asthma issues sound much worse and well done for completing.
Started off as a good advertisement for the race and you took some canny lines in the bottom half of Hall’s Fell. Overall it should be good experience ahead of your BG next year. Not eating properly on leg 1 is a big contributor in not succeeding on the round but you won’t do that again. Good luck with the Yorkshire Marathon.
