returning to therapy after a relapse

I just wanted to stop by and tell you that 9 years ago, I came across one of your OCD videos and I had no idea that was what I had been struggling with for nearly my entire life, and you had a big hand in me seeking help and honestly, learning what exactly I was struggling with saved my life. I thought because I was messy I couldn't have OCD thanks to stereotypes :') You showed up on my suggested videos and I just wanted to say thank you

It's crazy how OCD ebs and flows. I've been fine now for years, overall. I just wanted to say, your videos were a godsend for me when I was in the chaotic cycles of OCD seven years ago (back when you went by Shalom Aleichem and didn't show your hair). I'm glad you're still around making videos!
