I just listened to your story on the OCD stories and I just want to say thank you for your bravery and saying all that you did. I struggle with scrupulosity and intrusive thoughts with my faith and hearing other people that have gone through the same things definitely makes me feel like I’m not alone and this can be overcome. I hope to help others as well because this mental illness is a monster and only when we bring it out and the light for others to see and help with cannot be overcome.
I think you should keep doing what your doing right now! Keep sharing your experiences with what you feel now a day's, in comparison to the way you navigate through those anxieties in your new perspective of life. Your video content was very strong with lack of judgement with you, no matter the intense theme you where experiencing. Keep using your academia as your skill for the hard work you put in already. Many people want to be thought of as revered as there opinion should matter, but yet they don't want to do the work. You've done that! So keep doing it! Peace
