Can I use oxiclean powder in the stain soak additive space or do I need to use a liquid stain remover?

Hi there! Thank you for dropping by! You can use OxiClean powder in the stain soak additive compartment of your front load washer, but there are a few considerations to keep in mind: check the washer's compatibility; follow the usage guidelines provided on the OxiClean packaging for best results. Also, visit your owner's manual for suggestions.

HOW do I know my washers "compatibility'??? (Unless I looked it up on the washers dating site, 😜lol!) That's an odd thing to me...what does that mean, exactly? ALso the owner's manual says NOTHING about it. That's why I went to internet. (It's Saturday & don't think Customer service is available & my last wait on phone was 2 hours). Thank you for real clarification@@electroluxus

Thank you for dropping by! Oxiclean, like many laundry detergents and additives, is generally safe to use in front-load washers when used according to the manufacturer's instructions. We recommend visiting your owner's manual for proper instructions.

Where do you put the downy unstoppables in the washer?

Good day! Liquid Fabric Softener: If desired, pour the recommended amount of liquid fabric softener into the chamber labeled Fabric Softener. See Cycle Options in your Use and Care Guide for more information about the Stain options for your model. NOTE: Always refer to your detergent manufacturer's instructions for the proper dosage. Do not fill any compartments in your dispenser beyond the maximum amount line.

Where is the best spot to put laundry strips like TruEarth? The pod dispenser?

Hello! We would recommend following the manufacturer's instructions on the strips! The main dispenser tray is probably a better spot; the POD tray should only be used for PODs. Please note the dispenser tray has not been tested with strips and if you use it we would advise monitoring it for excess residue to ensure it does not get clogged. When in doubt, you can toss the strips directly in the tub, but it will not be pre-mixed as it would in the detergent tray. I hope this information helps! ~Ashton

Good day! Based on your detergent choice, here are some helpful tips: Liquid: Add high-efficiency liquid detergent to the Main Wash (liquid only) cup. Do not exceed the maximum fill line. Powder: To use a high-efficiency powder detergent, remove the Main Wash Liquid Only cup and add the powder directly to the Main Wash detergent chamber. It’s important to save the liquid cup insert in case you need it for future use. Detergent Packs: For 300 and 400 series models, place the detergent pack directly into the washer drum BEFORE placing laundry into the unit. For 500 and 600 series models with the Adaptive Dispenser, You may add the recommended quantity of (one or two) high-efficiency detergent packs to the detergent pack compartment in the dispenser. Remember to select PODS on the display options when using detergent packs. Do not place more than two detergent packs into the dispenser. When using the fast wash cycle, only one detergent pack should be used. For 500 and 600 series models without the Adaptive dispenser, you can place the detergent pack directly into the washer drum BEFORE placing laundry into the unit. Do not place the detergent pack in the detergent dispenser. Liquid Bleach: If desired, add liquid chlorine bleach to the chamber labeled liquid Bleach. Liquid Fabric Softener: If desired, pour the recommended amount of liquid fabric softener into the chamber labeled Fabric Softener. Stain Additives: For heavily soiled or stained loads, select the Stain option (StainTreat, StainTreat II, or StainSoak) and add the recommended amount of detergent or stain additive to the Pre-Wash chamber. See Cycle Options in your Use and Care Guide for more information about the Stain options for your model. NOTE: Always refer to your detergent manufacturer's instructions for the proper dosage. Do not fill any compartments in your dispenser beyond the maximum amount line. ~Anthony
