Weak lawyer. An American lawyer would have been able to retire off that judgement.
Jack was NOT about to take that level of disrespect 😭😭😭
Nope, but he certainly gave it.
@skins4thewin he was disrespectful for knowing his rights? We watched the same video, right? Also, he was respectful and cooperative with the officer that was speaking calmly and respectfully to him. Respect is earned not given, that includes cops. The other two cops were out of line and actively searching for any reason to detain both Jack and his father even if they had to completely fabricate it. Which is most likely the reason why they were fired and why Jack's father won the law suit.
@@heleankeck4779 If you think that was respectful then you need some life lessons.
@@skins4thewin the child answered his questions, correct? He let the officer speak and explain why they were weary when an apparent witness said his father had a gun, correct? When the one officer who was the only one speaking calmly and trying to de-escalate the situation and get his statement, which might I add we did see that same officer do the same thing with Jack's father before the footage switched from them to the two officers who were later fired, he responded. Did he sound agitated? Yes, I would too in that situation. He witnessed his dad be handcuffed without proper cause. He knew his rights, clearly. Now when we talk about the two other officers. One, he tried to grab Jack's phone. Two, when asked Jack respected his space bur when Jack asked him to take a step back and respect his space the officer did not and continued stepped toward A CHILD in an aggressive manner speaking loudly. Three, actively spoke with another officer about what they could and could not charge BOTH Jack and his father with, searching for ANY single reason to arrest both of them WITHOUT cause or proper evidence outside of here say.
Also if I may add, the original poster said in the video BEFORE the videos were shown that the ONLY suspect in this situation were the cops THEMSELVES. So ask me again who's the one that needs to be educated?

Jack has the makings of one hell of a lawyer one day! I know his Dad is proud of his son! 👏👏👏
He actually became a defense attorney 🙌🏽

Little jack is what I want my son to be …. Do not give up your rights
