Fair enough... This was a quick unboxing... I sorta knew what to expect with this watch and honestly I wasn't impressed. It's not a great watch, given the price. Its just because it has Omega on the dial and all the collectors are excited about it, that it has hype.
You’ve only wasted $270 if you think it’s a piece of shit. I view this just as much of an omega as I do a swatch simply with different material materials same branding I have many Rolex watches. I have many metal omega watches and I have to say the Snoopy version I think is a phenomenal piece and I love everything about it.
@ I will for sure agree with you. The one thing they screwed up on is that they did not put sapphire crystal that probably would not have cost anything and despite having a ceramic plastic case, they still could’ve done it at least with the snoopy pieces or the limited additions. Just like the flyback secondhand it’s different on the snoopy version than the standard courts. They could’ve upgraded the crystal.
I bought the Mission To Mercury version. Best looking watch I own. That being said, the watch feels like a cheap toy. The crystal is a scratch monster. PollyWatch is a must if you want to keep it looking good.
I feel like for $270, they could have upgraded a few things, rather than taking one of their $50 watches, printing "Omega" on it and charging 5x as much... haha But if they made it too nice, then they were afraid people would buy that instead of the Omega, I guess?
The more I dive into the world of high end watches, the more I realize that most of them are wildly overpriced. The fact that you can get micro brands for a fraction of the cost really speaks to the fact that you’re just paying for brand recognition.
Yeah, there is some of that for sure. I don't see how a Rolex is actually worth what they sell for, apart from Rolex fans being willing to pay that for them. Like... people were paying $900 for $6 Beanie Babies back in the day... There is tremendous value in some of the Microbrands... Formex is one, Liv is another. Tons of them out there. But, they probably won't hold their value the way a Rolex, Tudor or Omega does...
If I were the owner of an original Omega watch for £7000 I would think about getting rid of this Brand. Of course, up close you can see that it is chip plastic for £10 and its maximum price not exceeds £50, but from a distance you can really think that it is an Omega, just change the terribly low-quality strap and the problem is solved.
I bought all of them, but the replica versions for $16/ea. def worth it but the straps were way too short lol
The best part of the video is him telling the dog to SHUT UP

Love that interaction with the dog, introduce the guy plz.😂
LOL. There are 6 of them... So hard to get through videos without one of them going berserk for no reason...

That's true. Its a nice looking watch with good heritage... I just feel that at $270, it should be nicer, especially the strap...

Yeah, I put on a proper black and grey "Bond" nato strap and it significantly changes its look.

Bro cut “the barking” sound
Have you ever heard of editing?
Was in a hurry. lol. But I think I can clip that part out here in the UA-cam editor
Actually it adds to the entertainment of the video. Do not edit it at all lll😂
@@sugashack74 Yeah, I tend to leave the goofy stuff and bloopers in... Figure while its annoying at the time, its comical to watch later...
