I was an emergency c section. My moms vitals were falling and mine were rising. We both almost didn’t make it. But we’re both still here to this day and I’m forever grateful for the woman who gave me life
I had a C-Section because the umbilical cord was wrapped around my son's neck. I really wanted a natural birth, but I'm just thankful that my baby was healthy and delivered safely.
Michael Weston a c-section is painful afterwards and the recovery time is a lot longer. The ideal birth is a vaginal birth. However, even though I think a vaginal birth is better, I DO believe in epidurals!! I don't know why a woman would want to go thru all that agony when we have wonderful medications that keep us from feeling it.......but to each his own!😉
Michele Johnson-Utter there are valid reasons for c section deliveries. My mom had a complete placenta previa. My heart beat stopped and so did my mothers. A crash c section is the only reason why we are still alive.

Just had C-section yesterday and now I’m in a recovery process. It’s indeed painful and I applaud all moms out there that can make it through this process of recovery. I’m now learning how to walk but can’t make it more than 5mins because of the wound that makes it feel like a stabbing pain in my lower abdomen. I’m also glad the comment sections are mostly positive instead of shaming moms who decided to use csec either for medical or personal reasons. At the end of the day, the most important thing is to have a safe pregnancy either it’s normal or csec.
My wife just found out she has to have one in 3 weeks. She’s 35 weeks along now and our little 6.5 lb angel will not turn around for anything. She’s upset but everything is going well other than that. I know she will get through it just fine
Sorry about the pain. In my case, I didn't have pain at all from the wound rather it was the discomfort and uneasiness to sit up or stand alone. The doctor said the uterus was still so big and had to take weeks to go back unlike in a natural birth. It felt heavy. The more i breastfed the better. Breast feeding would induce sharp pain in the uterus and more blood coming out from vagina the doctor said it contracting back into position .
I had mine 3 days ago and we got home yesterday! I'm from Europe, maybe medicine here is different. It went very easy for me and l have almost no pain when standing up and no pain at all when walking. I am very thankful for the doctors for this opportunity. I know that l wouldn't handle natural birth mentally and physically due to personal reasons.
Me to they waited 1 day I was supposed to be born on 16th but nothing Happened ,the doctor told Mom to wait till 18. But she was scared to give birth naturally (,thanx to all the ladies who scared her, including her mom) so I was taken out on 17th

M Detlef so what if it is true? It has nothing to do with the topic here. Even though I may not be scared of a spider, just because some are, it has nothing to do with pregnancy and child birth
I've been through four C sections and although very painful during recovery, I obviously forgot the pain each time I went back for more. My babies are now 30, 27, 24 and 22.
@@poochyena124 Because usually when you have at least 1 c - section you are prone to more c sections after , as not everyone is a candidate for a natural delivery the next time around after a c- section as you have risks such as uterine rupture.
Came here to leave a positive comment about my cesarean and to offer hope for new moms who may end up needing to have one as well!!! Don't read the horror stories and assume that will be the case for you! Birthing babies isn't easy no matter how you do it but a positive mindset is important no matter what!! Becoming a mom means you're strong enough to get through pregnancy and birth! Recovery isn't the worst thing in the world because you'll have that new beautiful baby to obsess over!!!! Congrats to all mamas!! I'll be having my second csection in a few months!
The fact that moms are still reading my comment years later is so awesome 🥹 My babies are 7 and 3 now and I’m doing fine years after 2 cesareans! YOU GOT THIS!
I had to go through c-section as I had high BP during my pregnancy. It's been 7 years but the back pain seems to love me dearly 😄. But everytime my daughter calls me mumma all the pain and the scars heal immediately. She is worth every pain I went through. She is my world.
Had a C-section last week! My baby was in a frank breech presentation. It is painful but after seeing my baby, it’s all worth the pain. God is great! ❤️
@@CLAIREBOZORGPOOYAY if you have a spinal block (anaesthesia injected into your spine) you can’t feel anything from the waist down for a few hours. So there’s usually no pain during the c-section. For me the spinal block hurt like hell and they stabbed me about 15 times trying to get the needle in the right spot 😬 then once that wears off the pain is excruciating. In my experience it lasted about a day and a half before it was a lot less painful to walk and move around I healed from my c-section within about a week, I was very lucky! Hope this helps 😊
@@CLAIREBOZORGPOOYAY 10/15. The epidural wore off while my OB was still suturing. One of the worst experiences of my life. Is my son worth it? 120%. The pain was just below that of my spinal surgery a decade ago. The emotional pain of hearing your babies first cries and being unable to comfort them was far worse than the physical. My son was delivered healthy but the dr wasnt used to delivering full term babies and decided he was too big at 9lb 7oz. So my son was taken from my uterus to the nicu for 24 agonizing hours of useless tests before I got to be with him. This happened 2wks ago. I'm going to need therapy for the ammount of trauma inflicted in 4 short days. Choose your providers wisely. They have the power to scar you for life.
I went through emergency cesarean section because, my amniotic fluid has run out, contractions every 5 minutes but there is no opening at all and my amniotic fluid is green and it is very dangerous for the baby and me. So without fasting I went through an emergency cesarean the next night My amniotic fluid has been seeping for 1 week and miraculously and with God's love, my baby can stay strong in my womb Thank you for my child♡ we both have been fighting hard for 10 months ... Mama love you Ohana
I'm 15 and I still cry for injections i can't imagine what a cesarean section will feel like anaesthetic or not 2023 update: I'm 19 now and am okay with needles; but only injections. To have a needle withdrawing blood will be too long 😅 As for c-sections, I'm still not keen on the idea. When I'm ready for children I'm not doing that unless it's actual life or death. But thanks to all the repliers who gave advice and encouragement! I hope others interested will use it❤
Kymberlie Royal I feel ya! I was intimidate by the catheter in this video but I ended up getting a catheter for something else (not surgery or giving birth) when I was 23 and it was nothing, although it burned when they inserted but once it’s in my bladder it gave me some bladder relief. At the end it turned out to be a cool device because you just pee into that bag involuntarily. Best of all, I realized catheterization wasn’t as invasive as getting a shot because shots you have to poke through the skin whereas a catheter you go into a hole that’s already there and doesn’t require piercing anything.
I had two c-section with my two adorable babies. The first one was an emergency because I gave birth to a premature baby at 6 months. The second one was when I was almost turning 9 months but it was because my c-section from my first baby was shaped like a T. But everything went fine. Finally the result became that my first daughter passed away when she was 23 weeks old because she had an infection in her stomach, and my second daughter she's my everything now she's almost 4 months and I'm proud of her that she's good and just growing :)
My mom had to get a c-section bcs my water bag blasted out, 😂 my mom told me she suddenly woke up bcs the bed was wet and she saw water gushing out from her private part and she immediately had to go to the hospital bcs I’m in danger 😂👏 I think I might have made a chaos Edit: i only stayed 8 months ( wrong information, only 6 complete months) in my mom’s stomach and had to stay in a glass box for some time 🥲 while my sister stayed 10 months in mom’s stomach with no problem...
I've gone through 3 C-section.... My first baby,I had diabetes, second the baby's head was down but refused to be delivered. Now am on my 3rd pregnancy. I'll still make it out successfully by God's grace
2 csections here. The first one we nearly didn’t make it and became high risk from that day so the 2nd one they insisted and it was during the pandemic so it was even scarier. Glad that all 3 of us made it and that my husband was by my side through it all. 🙏🏾
I had 2 c-sections, the first due to fetal distress and the second due to placenta previa. For anyone facing a c-section, I strongly recommend a stomach binder... it really helps with moving around afterwards. Also sleep on a firm mattress that is easy to get in and out of at night. Good luck to anyone having their first c-section, it's not too bad.
My son is 17 today at 7:25 pm. I was in labor for 10 hrs and then trying to push for 2 hrs. His head was not coming through the birth canal, so I had a section. I remember the very first time I saw him. They gave him to me immediatly and the bonding began. It was beautiful. We all just got home from dinner celebrating his birthday. I was the best day of my life.
alex z What if they were raped? What if it's birth control or condom failure? Either way, no one can force a woman to have a baby, as she's the one who has to go through all the stress. I'd rather a woman have an abortion than raising a child they never wanted. I think without abortion child abuse, child neglect, and teen pregnancy rates would increase greatly.
Congratulations, Mama! Enjoy your baby ----- I'm a grandma now, and time flies! You won't be sleep deprived long, considering how quickly children grow. Every day is a miracle when you have a baby! ❤️
My mom was forced to have an emergency C-section when she was pregnant with me, after I went into foetal distress 2 months before my due date. Basically, I decided I had had enough of this whole "living inside a womb" situation. So I broke both the water and plasenta, and my one foot was already heading down the birth canal. I almost cost both me and my mom our lives. I can't express how grateful I am for the doctors that kept me and my mom alive and healthy. So to all the doctors and nurses who work with the whole birthing process, thank you for what you do. What you do might just be a job to you, but it could mean that someone got to meet their child, and a husband got to see his wife again ♥
I had a normal delivery, and I was Scared !! But then when the time comes, it wasn't that bad.. it was not as scary as I imagined.. and I'm proud to be a woman who already experience such pain to deliver my baby.. it's like the biggest achievement of my life..
@@kiddemotion5412 You can do it! I am terrified of surgery but you just have to trust your medical team. They have experience. Just take it really easy afterward, don’t lift anything other than the baby.
You just have to think that prior to modern medical advances the mother most probably would have either died or gone through incredibly agonising pain if the baby couldn't be born naturally...
this is why when a mother delivers a baby even she is reborn. just last April i delivered twins through c section and there was no way for me to have delivered but c section since my son was placed horizontal in my body. lucky is this generation who otherwise in another older time would have faced the end of their lives themselves in such kind of a situation. that is why so many pregnant women used to die while giving birth in the older times.
@@AdityAditi2018 Whether a woman chooses or not, India doesn't have midwives to bring back the baby to normal position in womb. All Indian doctors directly or indirectly asking all Indian women to deliver through c section just for money. Lucky are those women who give birth in government hospitals that are still giving natural birth. It's not about the money here but it's about the health and safety of mother and baby. I've been reading that the natural birthing leads to a certain process where hormones help mothers to successfully breastfeed their babies. Also the milk supply wouldn't be less in normal health conditions. I pray that our Indian medical system changes for good.
I had an emergency c-section in 1978, those days they put you completely out, Dad wasn't in the room. So much different these days. I really wanted to experience a regular birth, but didn't have anymore kids.
What a fantastic video :) I am having an elective C-Section in seven months and I was already excited, this has just made me more so, yay! I had a vaginal, normal birth seven years ago...it was a horrific nightmare that neither myself or my baby recovered from quickly. Never, ever again. I have heard MORE positive stories about c-section then negative ones. So to the ladies like me out there: Just remember...your body, your baby, your choice. Don't feel the need to justify it, you don't have to.
My mom had 4 C-sections total with me and my (3) currently 2 older sisters. I just admire her more and more and feel so happy that I am alive after watching this video!
21 Things Only Moms who had C-Section Knows: 1. That the giant needle-to-the-spine to prevent pain hurts like a motherfu*ker going in 2. The cold fear that enters your heart as you’re strapped down to a table while fully conscious (You watched “Dexter,” too, right?) 3. That you will be simultaneously shaved and catheterized before the numbing meds kick in (WTF!) 4. The smothering sensation of at least two doctors pressing their full body weight on your rib cage to pop your baby out 5. That it’s entirely possible for that baby to shoot out of a slit that’s half the size of your palm 6. The slit will be cut so low that nobody but your husband and God will ever see it (well, except the girlfriends you show after a few drinks) 7. The gratefulness you’ll feel that there’s a curtain concealing everything… 8. …even though you can hear everything, including the word “scalpel” 9. That nothing is scarier than hearing the word “scalpel” while being strapped to a table 10. …except the thought of standing/walking/sneezing/coughing/pooping/peeing after your surgery 11. That it’s entirely possible to vomit while lying perfectly flat on your back - but not inhale it - thanks to the quick-as-a-whip nurse who angles your head just so (*you will swallow it all instead) 12. The wonder that your doctor pretty much took you apart and put you back together again - and she got it all right! 13. That your uterus may have been housing a mini boxer for the last 9+ months, but that was nothing compared to the beatdown your ob-gyn just gave it 14. The evil that lurks deep within the souls of the people who force you to get out of bed hours after that beatdown 15. That you can breastfeed after you’ve had a C-Section, thankyouverymuch, Aunt Sue 16. …but the lactation consultant telling you to nurse on your side so you can “rest” is most definitely batsh*t 17. That post-C-Section pooches don’t give a damn about crunches, Pilates, or, for that matter, voodoo magic 18. The miracle of high-waisted granny panties is second only to the mythical magic of those so-ugly-but-so-comfortable mesh undies 19. That walking a block during those first few weeks after a C-section takes the courage of seven lions 20. That you may not have pushed an 8-pounder out, but you’re still going to cling to that no-sex-for-six-weeks rule like a newborn to a nipple 21. To say you’re disappointed that you didn’t have a vaginal birth…but secretly feel thankful that your lady parts are still nice ‘n’ tight
I have a scheduled C-section in 11 days for my first. Due to the shape of my uterus, baby became directionally-challenged and flipped so he is now breech (or bum-first). Normally the doctors would attempt to turn the baby manually from the outside, but because my placenta is anterior (or in front) that is not an option. Vaginal delivery is very risky for me to do with a breech baby, with a 70% chance of needing an emergency c-section anyways. So my doctors have decided it is best for me and baby to have the c-section in a controlled state
My water broke prematurely and I had to spend all 36 hours of my labor flat on my back to avoid cord prolapse. Absolute torture. Had no contractions for the first 16 hours of lying on my back, and then had to get pitocin to get the ball rolling. Went from 0-100 on the pain scale in about an hour, but never made past 4 cm when my 36 hours after my membranes ruptured was up. Had to deliver my daughter via c section, which was the opposite of the all natural birth I had planned, but I had a fantastic team of doctors and nurses and excellent post-surgery care. I couldn't have hoped for a better recovery, and my beautiful healthy baby girl is 100% worth it. Plus I have this groovy scar now haha
My c section incision got infected had to go back in the hospital for 4 more days cuz it started leaking infection, they had to reopen it and let it heal from the inside out so I had to get a vacuum put into the wound to drain it until it healed... it sucks but it was worth every painful second because my baby was born healthy, she is 4months now and I am still recovering, still hurts sometimes and still cant lay on my stomach but its getting better... never thought I would get a c section but life dont always go as planned
I enjoy watching these videos. Just had my 3rd c-section in June of this year. Everyone has different experiences when it comes to this. My first born was a big baby (8 lbs.). My Ob/gyn told me to take castor oil at 8 p.m. because my son was overdue. At 3 a.m. I was in labor. For 2 days I never progressed past 4 cm, my water never broke. I was told I needed the surgery so the babies heart rate wouldnt go down. My 2nd & 3rd borns were c-sections because of all of the scar tissue that formed over the years so I couldnt deliver naturally. I keep reading and hearing a lot of negative thing about c-sections. All of my kids are in great health.
Murasa Aoi - I personally have a high tolerance for pain. What I experienced the 1st time was a lot of cramping and soreness on the incision area of course. The 1st time I felt actual pain was standing for the 1st time. They make you do it. My 2nd and 3rd time were much easier though. I knew what to expect and I was up and walking right after with both. I will add that I breastfed my 3rd right away (didnt do the 1st & 2nd that way) and I had little to no pain and less swelling in my tummy.
Vanessa Williamson thank you! You gave me some hope! Idk if I have a high pain tolerance or not but it's better to know that it might not actually hurt as much as others said it would!
I've given birth 3 times. 2 c sections, one emergency because my baby was upside down and the cord was wrapped around his neck and one scheduled (because the hospital would not let me try natural again). C sections are much harder to recover from than a vaginal birth, but its ALL hard work no matter what.
+Mireya A that's sad. you can be a mom even without giving birth, just raise the child right & love them a lot: THE biggest requirement. You're even a biological mom, bc the baby grew inside you. Idk who tried you, but they're stupid as hell. Good luck & stay strong during birth 💗
Krystal Santos my sis and I both are c section babies. my sis could have come out naturally but she didnt want to and they had to due a c section. and they did automatically to the second child give a c section. but my mom couldn't have me naturally because I was a big baby . lol
had my 3rd c section. Things were not as I planned them but I love how things worked out and I have 3 beautiful children to show for it. I feel very blessed.
I was a C-section birth. My mama spent 4 days in the hospital prior to my birth because something mama did while pregnant caused me to get sick and it was almost an emergency to get me out (my heart rate was going down). At 12:30am on December 15,1997 I came into the world and I didn't stay at the hospital with my mama. I was rushed to Children's hospital of Michigan at 6 months developed and stayed there until I was a full 9 months developed. I was 3 months old when I finally came home and was on multiple machinery to help me survive until I was almost a year old.
I had a c section back in 2011 with my daughter. The best advice is to get out of bed as much as possible. if your feeling up to it. The more you sit around the worst the pain feels. of course you shouldn't overdo it but just don't sit down too much and become stiff. My healing process was not easy. It was quite painful for a few weeks. I'm now pregnant with my second and I hope I'm able to deliver natural if all goes well with this pregnancy
+Shannon Doheny It depends on why you had to have a c section the first time. They told me I can have a vaginal delivery if this pregnancy goes well. I had to have a c section bc my daughter wasn't growing. she was 7 weeks early. so I had a scheduled c section not an emergency one. so I'm ok to have a vaginal delivery
This film is a great one to show kids, as they're always asking -- especially if their mom tells them that they were born that way. Thanks for posting.
I had to have an emergency c section for my son due to both out heart rates rising to high. I ended up having a infection in the womb nearly died. Stayed in hospital 2 weeks so depressing, Was the worst experience of my life. But I would do it all again for my son 💙
I cant believe my mom did this *three times* ! Good job, mom. Edit: My momma had to have a C section because my eldest brother had a heart condition when he was born, and the doctors said she couldn’t give birth normally anymore. It’s still super cool that my mom did this.
12/06/19 I received my first baby through C-section Masha Allah labor pains were so horrible I was crying 2 days at hospital my baby didnt want to come I was 41 weeks I had to go for emergency C section owh my son was chubby I LOVE HIM gift from Allah😍😍

I was born in the breech position (butt first) but I was still delivered vaginally and naturally (without pain meds). I can't believe the amount of pain I must've caused my mom!
I don’t want to type my story because I don’t want to make any new moms afraid. But I had an emergency c section with my beautiful daughter and I am so absolutely thankful to be here with her and our family ❤
Both are good...cause u have the most amazing miracle in your life Csection pain is of stitches only after the surgery...it's immense...have gone thru it Normal is more of pressure to push the baby out
A c section is worse. I was like 2 weeks behind on learning how to care for my baby as I could barely walk. I wasn’t allowed to lift anything other than my baby. I couldn’t sleep properly as getting in and out of bed hurt. Seriously think about it. A serious abdominal surgery.
Very good video :) My girlfriend had our daughter by cesarean birth, and I couldn't see how it was done. So, thank you for showing me how my daughter was born :)
I almost got a c section when giving birth to my son because I had placenta previa but God turned everything around and I was able to deliver my baby vaginally God is good
I have mad respect for the women that had to go through this. My mother actually had to get a c-section when I was born and I’m very grateful of both her and my father for being there for me. To bring me into a world full of wonderful and terrible things. It’s a blessing, so be grateful of your parents :)
And if you look at history you'll see how many mothers were lost due to the C section cause in the past, before the XVI century, they knew how to open a woman and get the baby out but couldn't close her safely. The first C section survived by the mother was in the sixteenth century.
My first child was a c-section, my second was vaginal. Both methods have their own advantages and both are totally worth it. It is scary to think about beforehand, but once the time comes to get that baby out, you just do what you have to do.
My mom had a c-section because she was haveing twins, my brother and I, in her mid 50's. My parents knew that we would we born that way from the beginning, they just didn't know when. My mons water actually broke when she was at a routine checkup. Lucky for them I guess. No need to frantically drive to the hospital.
My daughter had an emergency C-section, because her placenta eruption. It broke up In pieces, and the baby was holding on to the umbilical cord for dear life. Baby is doing well and mama too.
I just had my first baby 7 weeks ago (Oct. 28th, 2022). We ended up with an emergency c-section due to her heartrate dropping dramatically and increasing dramatically. My c-section went well and after an hour or 2 I was up and walking to the bathroom etc. During the c-section they told me I'll probably feel tugging and pulling (which is normal), but I didn't feel a thing. After the first few weeks I was pretty much back to feeling like myself. My incision was closed around 6 weeks. I'm still a bit sensitive above the incision and below the belly button, but it's not too bad. For me, I think the c-section process was pretty easy (a little traumatic since we were planning a vaginal birth), but I think if I had given birth vaginally it would have been more painful and more of a recovery process. No matter which way you give birth, it's going to affect everyone differently. Thankfully, baby, her dad and I are all healthy and doing well!❤️
I have delivered twins, having weight of 7 pounds each, it was painful to carry them till the end. But the doctors were amazing, they helped me with c section and faster recovery.
The only problem I have with this video is it takes WAY longer than 6-8 weeks to recover from a c-section, or birth period. And that’s only talking physically. No wonder laws are lacking when it comes to moms postpartum. We really need to do better in this country concerning this🙏🏿! Great visual besides, thanks for sharing ❤️!

Nothing more painful than killing your dog in Minecraft
I've been through four C sections and although very painful during recovery, I obviously forgot the pain each time I went back for more. My babies are now 30, 27, 24 and 22.
How does someone go through multiple c section?
@@poochyena124 Because usually when you have at least 1 c - section you are prone to more c sections after , as not everyone is a candidate for a natural delivery the next time around after a c- section as you have risks such as uterine rupture.
That is so sweet!!
My mother had four too, I was the first, I'm 27 now!

Out of 15 how bad is the pain
@@CLAIREBOZORGPOOYAY if you have a spinal block (anaesthesia injected into your spine) you can’t feel anything from the waist down for a few hours. So there’s usually no pain during the c-section. For me the spinal block hurt like hell and they stabbed me about 15 times trying to get the needle in the right spot 😬 then once that wears off the pain is excruciating. In my experience it lasted about a day and a half before it was a lot less painful to walk and move around
I healed from my c-section within about a week, I was very lucky!

So without fasting I went through an emergency cesarean the next night
My amniotic fluid has been seeping for 1 week and miraculously and with God's love, my baby can stay strong in my womb
Thank you for my child♡ we both have been fighting hard for 10 months ... Mama love you Ohana
I'm 15 and I still cry for injections i can't imagine what a cesarean section will feel like anaesthetic or not
2023 update: I'm 19 now and am okay with needles; but only injections. To have a needle withdrawing blood will be too long 😅 As for c-sections, I'm still not keen on the idea. When I'm ready for children I'm not doing that unless it's actual life or death. But thanks to all the repliers who gave advice and encouragement! I hope others interested will use it❤
You’re sore for a bit. It’s not that different than any other abdominal surgery.
Because everyone goes through abdominal surgeries all the time, lmao
It sucks, not going to lie. But it's doable.

The second one was when I was almost turning 9 months but it was because my c-section from my first baby was shaped like a T. But everything went fine. I had 2 c-sections, the first due to fetal distress and the second due to placenta previa. alex z What if they were raped? What if it's birth control or condom failure? Either way, no one can force a woman to have a baby, as she's the one who has to go through all the stress. I'd rather a woman have an abortion than raising a child they never wanted. I think without abortion child abuse, child neglect, and teen pregnancy rates would increase greatly.

You just have to think that prior to modern medical advances the mother most probably would have either died or gone through incredibly agonising pain if the baby couldn't be born naturally...
Hi Thor. Where did you get that statistic?
Actually life expectancy was 40-50 years old 100 years back, now its 70
this is why when a mother delivers a baby even she is reborn. just last April i delivered twins through c section and there was no way for me to have delivered but c section since my son was placed horizontal in my body. lucky is this generation who otherwise in another older time would have faced the end of their lives themselves in such kind of a situation. that is why so many pregnant women used to die while giving birth in the older times.
Fun fact: the first undisputed case of a mother surviving a c-section was in the 1300s.
I had an emergency c-section in 1978, those days they put you
completely out, Dad wasn't in the room.
So much different these days.

Fair enough, C-Sections seem like they're easier to go through than natural.
My mom had 4 C-sections total with me and my (3) currently 2 older sisters. I just admire her more and more and feel so happy that I am alive after watching this video!

Hi ,I too born as this I'm 26 nd virgin ..reason I can't clearly explain in chat but ur age and r u still virgin ?
21 Things Only Moms who had C-Section Knows:
1. That the giant needle-to-the-spine to prevent pain hurts like a motherfu*ker going in
2. The cold fear that enters your heart as you’re strapped down to a table while fully conscious (You watched “Dexter,” too, right?)
3. That you will be simultaneously shaved and catheterized before the numbing meds kick in (WTF!)
4. The smothering sensation of at least two doctors pressing their full body weight on your rib cage to pop your baby out
5. That it’s entirely possible for that baby to shoot out of a slit that’s half the size of your palm
6. The slit will be cut so low that nobody but your husband and God will ever see it (well, except the girlfriends you show after a few drinks)
7. The gratefulness you’ll feel that there’s a curtain concealing everything…
8. …even though you can hear everything, including the word “scalpel”
9. That nothing is scarier than hearing the word “scalpel” while being strapped to a table
10. …except the thought of standing/walking/sneezing/coughing/pooping/peeing after your surgery
11. That it’s entirely possible to vomit while lying perfectly flat on your back - but not inhale it - thanks to the quick-as-a-whip nurse who angles your head just so (*you will swallow it all instead)
12. The wonder that your doctor pretty much took you apart and put you back together again - and she got it all right!
13. That your uterus may have been housing a mini boxer for the last 9+ months, but that was nothing compared to the beatdown your ob-gyn just gave it
14. The evil that lurks deep within the souls of the people who force you to get out of bed hours after that beatdown
15. That you can breastfeed after you’ve had a C-Section, thankyouverymuch, Aunt Sue
16. …but the lactation consultant telling you to nurse on your side so you can “rest” is most definitely batsh*t
17. That post-C-Section pooches don’t give a damn about crunches, Pilates, or, for that matter, voodoo magic
18. The miracle of high-waisted granny panties is second only to the mythical magic of those so-ugly-but-so-comfortable mesh undies
19. That walking a block during those first few weeks after a C-section takes the courage of seven lions
20. That you may not have pushed an 8-pounder out, but you’re still going to cling to that no-sex-for-six-weeks rule like a newborn to a nipple
21. To say you’re disappointed that you didn’t have a vaginal birth…but secretly feel thankful that your lady parts are still nice ‘n’ tight
I’m literally dying right now when I know I shouldn’t be but bruh 😂😂😂😂😂
Its A Family Thing this is so true though!!!! 💯 going for my fourth c section this July 🤯
Yes! That was the worst part for me for some reason.
This is so true! 🤣 I’m going to go have my fourth (and final) c section in 5 days.
About number 20, my newborn c-section son hasn't clamped on her nipples just yet!
So my doctors have decided it is best for me and baby to have the c-section in a controlled state
Mom's love is very precious and genuine.... Even if they get hurt, they'll bare for the sake of her kid.....

All of my kids are in great health.
did it hurt somehow? and do you think it's less painful than natural child birth?
Vanessa Williamson I had the same issue i stopped at 8cm with help of labor medication. My water broke and i was 8 cm for 24 hours

I've given birth 3 times. 2 c sections, one emergency because my baby was upside down and the cord was wrapped around his neck and one scheduled (because the hospital would not let me try natural again). C sections are much harder to recover from than a vaginal birth, but its ALL hard work no matter what.

I am december 16 and born 12:00 exactly
I had a c section back in 2011 with my daughter. The best advice is to get out of bed as much as possible. if your feeling up to it. The more you sit around the worst the pain feels. of course you shouldn't overdo it but just don't sit down too much and become stiff. My healing process was not easy. It was quite painful for a few weeks. I'm now pregnant with my second and I hope I'm able to deliver natural if all goes well with this pregnancy
Correct me if I'm wrong but I've heard that you can't have a baby through natural birth if you've already had a c section?
+Shannon Doheny It depends on why you had to have a c section the first time. They told me I can have a vaginal delivery if this pregnancy goes well. I had to have a c section bc my daughter wasn't growing. she was 7 weeks early. so I had a scheduled c section not an emergency one. so I'm ok to have a vaginal delivery

I can’t believe my mom went through this i don’t usually cry from these videos but I’m on my period so
Whoopie I am just here after my mom explained to me that I was born with c-section, cause my umbilical cord was wrapped twice around my neck and I was born at the early week of 8 months, and I had like little chance of survival, I am so grateful for being here now thank god I love my mom
I was born in the breech position (butt first) but I was still delivered vaginally and naturally (without pain meds). I can't believe the amount of pain I must've caused my mom!
How is that even possible?
I don’t want to type my story because I don’t want to make any new moms afraid. But I had an emergency c section with my beautiful daughter and I am so absolutely thankful to be here with her and our family ❤
I'm 15 and I still cry for injections i can't imagine what a cesarean section will feel like anaesthetic or not
I don't know what's worse a c-section or a normal birth
Both are good...cause u have the most amazing miracle in your life
Csection pain is of stitches only after the surgery...it's immense...have gone thru it
Normal is more of pressure to push the baby out
I'd rather have normal, I'm terrified of surgeries although I'm getting oral surgery in a week
A c section is worse. I was like 2 weeks behind on learning how to care for my baby as I could barely walk. I wasn’t allowed to lift anything other than my baby. I couldn’t sleep properly as getting in and out of bed hurt. Seriously think about it. A serious abdominal surgery.
A C section is more risky than natural birth but they do save babies and mothers.
It's Keira Depends
Welcome back to another episode of *_Why is this in my recommended?_*
I respect all of the women, girls, and mothers. They are amazing people
every time i see a "women are amazing" comment i die a little on the inside

Conception to birth an absolute miracle
Very good video :) My girlfriend had our daughter by cesarean birth, and I couldn't see how it was done. So, thank you for showing me how my daughter was born :)

OH GOD I WAS A C SECTION! MY POOR MUM! DAMN.....I LOVE YOU SO MUCH MUM THANKYOU FOR DOING THIS
Same
I went through this 15 days back..it was an emergency c-section. I have never felt more vulnerable and dependent in my life.
Be great full to your mothers who risk her life to give you life❤️.
I was a c section kid. My mom went to the hospital and was like “I just want this baby out”. It saved her a lot of pain too :)
This is what I want to do for all of my pregnancies.
Also I want my vagina to stay the same
I had a c section because my son was butt first 😩😨 but I'm happy we both went through this healthy and safe and he is a happy baby 😁
Woahh, imagine how many babies have been lost in the days before c sections
Ik and they made it so far.......
nature calls it 'natural selection'. only the strong and fit give birth.
ultraali453 fetal orientation is completely random man, it has nothing to do with strength or natural selection
And if you look at history you'll see how many mothers were lost due to the C section cause in the past, before the XVI century, they knew how to open a woman and get the baby out but couldn't close her safely. The first C section survived by the mother was in the sixteenth century.
lol
I have had 2 of these procedures :)
They forgot to add that they press on your stomach pretty hard to expel the afterbirth (placenta).
I am happy to be a member of you tube. Amazing
My first child was a c-section, my second was vaginal. Both methods have their own advantages and both are totally worth it.
It is scary to think about beforehand, but once the time comes to get that baby out, you just do what you have to do.
Me, a C-section baby watching this like: *finally, something I'm an expert in!*
Wow ln her mid 50s that was great & twins @ that ,y'al are lndeed a Blessing. ❤💝👍🙏
My daughter had an emergency C-section, because her placenta eruption. It broke up
In pieces, and the baby was holding on to the umbilical cord for dear life.
Thankfully, baby, her dad and I are all healthy and doing well!❤️
❤️
C section gang 🥰🖤🙏🏾 we strong 💪🏾 asf
err
REPRESENT!!!
Woah just remembered my c sec delivery 6 years ago still get chills since I had all 3 beginning conditions!!! Thankfully my baby is so healthy now
