Thank you so much for making this video, i feel reassured and i now know what to look out for prior to having my c section tomorrow. I am not as nervous as i was before watching this video. 👍
Me and my older sister were born through c-sections. While my sister was delivered by means of an emergency c-section, I was born by a scheduled c-section - and my mom picked which day I was born - and that was six days after her birthday on July 10th! After my older sister was born, my poor mother had gotten a staph infection.
Lol that scene where she stood up out of bed after her csection 😆 like ummmm no you're hunched over and it hurts like a bitch to stand up, not to mention you have like 3 nurses and your husband helping you
@Sameera Fatima it’s very safe. I had an easy C Section and I recovered quickly. My walking was back to normal after 1-2 weeks. Sometimes I got a sharp stabbing pain in my belly but nothing too painful. Also I did find it hard to sometimes bend down and lift/change the baby and I needed help to get up from the bed. My sister pulled me out of my bed all the time because I couldn’t myself. However back to normal after 1-2 weeks. Sometimes you can catch an infection so they’ll keep you in for longer. Luckily I didn’t. I was almost released after 24 hours. Good luck!
@Sameera Fatima We are extremely lucky over here in the UK and it would be much safer in the UK than India I would imagine. We have a wonderful health care system and we are very blessed ❤
Im going to have c section on 19th may IA. Because i have a big ovarian cyst about 30cm. They will remove it at same time and Im so scared of anaesthesia and numb thing.
Omg me too.. I have an 8cm cyst/tumor they will try to remove when I have my csection tomorrow. I’m so scared 😩 this is my second csection but with my first I got an infection a week after
@@mariaz8136 hey, i had my csection June 1st.. everything went great she was able to remove the cyst with out taking my ovary out.. she sent it to be tested and she said it was benign so no cancer thank God.. 😊 im glad everything went well with you too.. 🙂
Not during the surgery but it does afterwards but everyone is different I felt no pain with my 1st I can't remember my 2nd but was in a hell of a lot of pain with my 3rd but it just depends on the person and how quick they recover
My first I didn't choose this, it ended in an emergency c section due to my son being stuck. And now I'm having my 2nd I have no choice but to have a c section due to my placenta being too low and will probably cover the cervix so it's the only way to get my baby out. Sometimes it can't be helped.
Thank you so much it was very helpful. Made me relax as my C section is tomorrow
How was it?
I m having my section tomorrow it’s very helpful
Massive congratulations! I will be having a planned csection too ❤

Dunno why when the background music rises at 5:35, I tear up. Must be because it reminds me of our 1st birth via C-section 😭

As nice as the doctor explained everything, how can anyone feel comfortable delivering via c-section? What a horribly medicalised procedure.
Nothing scaring it's a 50/50 even in normal delivery there are complications just pray always for a safe delivery always 🙏
