I think it would be sweet irony if the silent king found a way to take over the nids and the dream of his people getting new flesh bodies would be fulfilled .... in nids bodies. Possibly even the nids getting some necron cybernetics or something. That would be GAME OVER though. So GW would never do that.
Nids trying to eat Necron Warriors, and accidentally copying the Command Protocols into their DNA, becoming subject to them and vulnerable to a Necron Overlord or Phaeron gaining control of them. That's something I'd find hilarious when Szarekh realizes he has a legion of Necron-controlled Tyranids at his beck and call.
But why would they give a shit about us then? Just make the galaxy shake in its boots then fuck off to bigger and more significant things. Showing us how screwed we were if they wanted to but without ruining the setting.
Someone, I think in the comments of one of these videos, said they couldn't imagine how even the Necrons could be a threat to the Tyranids. It's worth noting that Szarekh declared them his nemesis not because of the direct threat they pose, but because they're a threat to his *goals* . Let that sink in.
The problem for the Nids with Necrons is that they don't gain anything from Necrons. They don't exactly have biomass to absorb. Against Necrons, Tyranids actually take losses like normal Armies. The biggest strength of Tyranids, like undead, is each loss the enemy suffers helps swell their ranks.
The Necrons as they are now aren't threatened by the Tyranids at all because why would the Tyranids even care about them. But it does threaten their aim of reversing biotransference, which requires biological organisms that haven't been slurped up by the Hive Mind. I would say that even with the Necrons technology the Tyranids still pose some danger in a war, their sheer numbers combined with the fact that they likely do have some form of biomechanical technology that's up there with maybe DAoT humanity (otherwise they wouldn't be a threat at all), and the fact that much of the Necron forces and technology are dormant, lost, or malfunctioning. Also a big part of the original Necron power was in the C'tan being these godlike entities given physical form. The Necron beat the C'tan (showing their overwhelming power) but it cost them significantly. They could just ignore the Tyranids, or make areas unlivable to them, but their overall aims require a galaxy that is somewhat inhabited.
Then again...the Tyranids could be just what the necron need...a biological body with infinite evolutionary capability...if they could somehow harness that...they wouldn't even have to give up their immortality...and their lack of souls is similar to the nids lack of souls, all being a part of the hive mind, the Necron just do their processing in a more "Decentralized" way since the Silent king freed them...in keeping with the nature of your post...maybe the silent king didn't see the nids as a threat at all, and was using "Nemesis" in more of a "Rival" or "Puzzle to be solved" kind of way...
Have you actually read that story? Yeah, he departed peacefully whilst deliberately letting the Blood Angels take the main hit from the tyranids. They gradually withdrew without telling the Blood Angels they were doing so.
Actually a smart thing to do. Knowing the imperium and their stance on xenos, the second the Tyranids were dealt with, the Blood Angels would have attacked the Necrons. In a sense, the silent king saved the blood angels from themselves.
Yeah, but it was the smart thing to do, and he completely outwitted Dante. Dante stated that after the tyranids were defeated, he would turn against the Necrons and would kill The Silent King personally (although I am sure that a 1v1 between the 2, Dante wouldn't stand a chance). So technically, the Silent King was the more honorable of the two, because he could have tried to kill the Blood Angels too, but instead decided to let them live, but make sure that most of his own people would survive, even if that meant that more of the Blood Angels would die
Yo Majorkill, we know who the leader of the Necrons was during the War in Heaven now. For your next video, why not a video talking about the leaders of the other races during that time. If Emperor tier psykers were commonplace, and 12m Krorks were 'footsoldiers', then who was powerful enough to lead the Eldar? Who was big enough to boss around other Krorks??? Would love to know.
thing is, we dont know. Krorks are dead, there are no survivors minus the guy in trazyn's vault and we have little to no info on it. All the most powerful eldar psykers were eaten by slaanesh or killed during the war and all the minor races that faced the necrons were wiped off the face of the galaxy.

This showdown would be a great opportunity to kill Calgar. Imagine that: Guilliman leads massive imperial force against the Necrons. They fight, Necrons are gaining ground, death is here. And then Maneus detonates the pylons, dying, but saving his Primarch's life. I think that's pretty cool concept.
12:22 and wake up the Emprah for a big showdown throwdown between him and Szarekh. Though even in his heyday the big E had troubles putting down one primarch, requiring Sangy's help and yet getting buttblasted in return for trying so I dont favor big E's chances against Szarekh
Makes me wonder if Gulliman could potentially make an alliance with the Silent King. Szarekh seems like a pretty reasonable guy. He's not prideful, and regrets his mistakes. He also would likely see that value in having a powerful ally like the Imperium.
It'd be really cool to find a way to bring Pariahs back and make them varying in size because why not build a bigger body for your exacerbated blanks if you know you might need to fight off 12 meter modern orks, multiple factions bringing some form of psychic mech or monster to the equation. Idk...

I doubt that there Emperor level psykers were a "common place" giving how he is unique in a way that his soul was created with the sacrifice of all Mankind psykers (Shamans) at that time. Giving that their numbers were never stated they can rose from hundreds to hundreds of thousands. Nevermind that in current setting Emperor is pretty much a divine being on par with Chaos Gods.
Emperor was born some 5000BC If I remember correctly. War in heaven was 65 million years ago, according to timeline, that is still perfectly plausible.
Yea, the living Emp was a god tier being, a psyker of a level not seen since the war in heaven. If a top tier war in heaven eldari got loose in the universe he'd be able to crush the living emperor no problem. However, since the Emp has been fed trillions/quintillions of psyker souls over the last 10k years he's more of a warp god now than anything else so he's in the top 0.001% of strongest things in the universe but could still be beaten. He was super upset at the stagnation of art and culture in the Imperium, feeling that militaristic morale was a poor substitute for having a good society that people naturally want to defend. If he hadn't been captured by Trazyn, then Fulgrim 2.0 would have been all in on social reform.
If we believe strong enough It will happen. (maybe)
Has Majorkill done a video about a krork? If not he should do it
I agree but I think there's just not a lot to talk about
Pretty sure he did, or at least talk about them extensively during his war of the beast video
War of the Beast and the War on Heaven. There's not much info on Krokrs
Not much is known but the basic info we got but only one necron has one in stasis and if he so wishes one day he’ll just release it for shits and giggles
I think Ghazghkull becoming a full Krork is coming soon. From what I've heard there's a memorial for Yarrick in the new guard codex, and it looks like it may have been Angron who killed him. I feel that killing Ghazghkull's favorite 'umie is not going to end well for Angron.
angron fucks up yet again!
But that would be kinda cool if we got a big chaos baddie get clapped by the orks. Would definitely add some badass points to Ghazy.
@@freddymcshreddy6586 it would be awesome. I hope we get to see something like the Steel Legion in a really bad situation getting hammered by the World Eaters when suddenly Orks start tellyportin' in. Then the Steel Legion is just stunned when the Orks completely ignore them and start stompin' the World Eaters, all while being lead by a full Krork Ghazghkull who's towering over Angron.
@@Entiox aint angron fuckin huge now? On account of the demon primarch thing? Im not sure thats why i ask.
@@danielhogan6255 he is, but in the lore Krorks are supposed to be around twice the height of most primarchs.
I can’t wait to see someone paint that King Ork model, it will definitely be a contender for the painting competition.
Things dope as hell
Video idea: How about you make a video about ollanius pius, the last christian fill in instead of Guilliman
Love how his name literally have "Pious" in his name lol
Didn't he already do one?
Nah, lame
@@comradekenobi6908 pious is a religious virtue, Pius is a name of 12 succession of Popes in the Catholic church..
Either way it's religious in nature
Why is he so powerful? Look at the Necron's power source, it's green, and green is the best. So of course their warboss could krump everyone during the WAAAGH in heaven.
I think this would be a warmup act for something greater. I mean this would force the Emperor himself to intervene because he too needs the warp.
Have you actually read that story? Yeah, he departed peacefully whilst deliberately letting the Blood Angels take the main hit from the tyranids. They gradually withdrew without telling the Blood Angels they were doing so.
do a bit of trolling 🤏
My dear and beloved Chad Silent King did just a little innocent tomfoolery, just a silly bit of trolling
I'm happy with the lore of the whole team up with the Blood Angels.
It makes enough sense, and also stands to reason
Yo Majorkill, we know who the leader of the Necrons was during the War in Heaven now. For your next video, why not a video talking about the leaders of the other races during that time. If Emperor tier psykers were commonplace, and 12m Krorks were 'footsoldiers', then who was powerful enough to lead the Eldar? Who was big enough to boss around other Krorks??? Would love to know.
same bro
For the Eldar, I'm pretty sure it was eldanesh, I think
Based
thing is, we dont know. Krorks are dead, there are no survivors minus the guy in trazyn's vault and we have little to no info on it. All the most powerful eldar psykers were eaten by slaanesh or killed during the war and all the minor races that faced the necrons were wiped off the face of the galaxy.
Silent King & Dante. Best buddy cop movie in 40k.
I honestly think the Duel between Guilliman and the Silent King will end with either Rogal Dorn or the Lion returning to save him.
Szarekh is the Dad who's finally come back from the shops, and he's gonna give the galaxy his belt!
I have a theory that... The reason the necrons haven't destroyed the nid (of course outside of the fact they aren't awake and getting everyone to work together) is because they want to use them to re make their bodies
Was stated to be humanity, or at least strongly hinting to it
Copped a KORK. This bad boy is gonna be on my desk at work.

2:45 We finally get to the topic of the video after 3minutes of repeating the title, and waffling about.
There was an ad at the start.
Hope you're less bitter a year later

@BrokeMyCrayon No. Fuck ads. In all their forms. Get so fucking tired of having shit I don't care about shoved in my face. I'm not here for whatever bullshit you're selling. I'm here for the video I clicked on.
Even the Stars Whispering the return of silent king.
My man got welcome like a GIGACHAD
This showdown would be a great opportunity to kill Calgar. Imagine that: Guilliman leads massive imperial force against the Necrons. They fight, Necrons are gaining ground, death is here. And then Maneus detonates the pylons, dying, but saving his Primarch's life. I think that's pretty cool concept.
Plot armor too strong tho
@@evanfish4505 Exactly! Because Maneus would have died 1000 times before detonating those pylons. That is the plot armor!
The more I listen to this guy... the more I feel like playing Warhammer 40k again 😤
Szarekh: Behold my Sceptre of Eternal Glory!
Trazyn: Behold the soon-to-be latest addition to my museum!
Bro not even I would try that
The Silent Kings check under his bed every night to make sure Sly Marbo is not under it.
12:22 and wake up the Emprah for a big showdown throwdown between him and Szarekh. Though even in his heyday the big E had troubles putting down one primarch, requiring Sangy's help and yet getting buttblasted in return for trying so I dont favor big E's chances against Szarekh
Horus was juiced up by all 4 chaos gods at the time, thats why he was able to fuck up big E.
@@alexbrinzan9061 Plus, there's the part where Big E is willingly holding back because he didn't want to kill Horus.
And ceroplated plot armor
Man Majorkill is the sole reason I started getting into 40k lore again
I've been waiting for this one for a while
10:37 At least we now know why Major Kill is so keen on his Manscape products.gots to be every ready for that C&B torture.
If the Guard Codex leaks are true and Yarick was killed by Angron I can see the Orks becoming a major player again soon.
I wonder if the grief Yarrick's death will be what puts ghazzy over the edge into becoming a krork
Makes me wonder if Gulliman could potentially make an alliance with the Silent King. Szarekh seems like a pretty reasonable guy. He's not prideful, and regrets his mistakes. He also would likely see that value in having a powerful ally like the Imperium.
Such an Alliance would prove to be temporary only, I am afraid
If you bring back the “King Ork” I’ll buy one since they already sold out and this video is 9hours old…. 🤷♂️
That War in Heaven diorama had me sold.

2:09 So the most powerful entity in Warhammer 40000 is actually called Leeroy ... interesting 🤔
It'd be really cool to find a way to bring Pariahs back and make them varying in size because why not build a bigger body for your exacerbated blanks if you know you might need to fight off 12 meter modern orks, multiple factions bringing some form of psychic mech or monster to the equation. Idk...
When I think most powerful I think about Gork n Mork and the stories of them using untold, unnamed horrors from the abyss as sqeaky toys to krump n stomp back in line.
Will you ever finish the “fixing the end times” series? I picked it up the other day and really enjoyed it! Have you already completed it? I couldn’t find anything after the Greenskins episode
He stopped but its the best content on the channel so his reasons allude me
God damn that Krok's grenade could probably level an entire city block
The Silent King was a leader that fought in war so destructive that the Spirit Realm turn into Hell itself, and that not even mentioning that he probably killed entire species that stood against him, but he also destroyed the C’tan Literal Physical Gods for the betrayal of him and his species.
As someone new to Warhammer 40k, the salty sausage analogy works great for me
Wait until you try watching multiple videos and he spends minutes of each one saying salty sausages and sunscreen instead of anything useful about their history.
It is indeed infuriating, especially if you're new to the hobby. @@joeycampbell940
When I first heared about the lore on Szarrekh I really throught that he would look like T2 or T3 terminator. I mean liquid living metal or fleshy but if look closely he made up of trillion of micro scarab construct. Or just plainly non generic necron overlord.
apparently he was made higher quality. like strength, speed and durability.
60 Millions Years old? Wow...what would i do, with so much time?!^^
The only way to stop Szarekh is an ancient armor and weapon forged long before the age of Darkness on Terra.
An armor made of the strongest metal: The Armor of Nokia 3310
A Warhammer proven to destroy all other weapons it comes into contact with: The hammer of N64
With these two relics a warrior can stand up to any foe!
With the scale of your figures I was imagining more detail in the mold!
Cool that you doing this and no one asked; not complaining.
Loving dogs and minis is such a dangerous combo. Been there many times buddy
I hope they will make him justice if they decided to bring him back.
I feel like Trayzen being obsessed with humans, the pariah gene not being a thing in Orks and Eldari, and The Silent King being willing to work with humans ontop of all that weirdness with the mechanicus implys that Humans were the replacement bodies and we just kinda gained sapience in his absence.
Love the videos keep it up. But lore question is there any lore of a throne world waking up in the the rift or on a chaos world?
Umm yeah the Big E Slowly losing his humanity and about to completely turn into Warp God (Materium God), the Chaos side Yarrick got killed by the World Eater I think maybe by angron that about it
Just got myself settron. This video was great btw, I love your lore vids. They get to the point and are enjoyable on the way through.
Still waiting on the video on how each of the primarchs would react to/rule the imperium in 40k.
That sounds fun
The Lion probably will go back to sleep
It's nice that he filmed this with the camera upside down so it makes sense for everyone who lives on the correct side of the planet.
Great video, how did each primarch treat their sons? (marines)
A spectrum where the ends are Sanguinius and Angron
I’m using Settron as a Dynasty used as the Lemun Russ of the necrons. His Dynasty is used for fighting chaos and the Tyranids.
Will there be STL files for new minis? I'd like to print my own King ork (and silent king).
This has to be the most epic explanation of the Salty Sausage empire I've ever seen.
Hell the story would get boring if there was no risk for a character to be beaten, no matter how small of a chance it is.
We got the lion to come back so we’re getting close to that royal rumble now!!
Space marine capabilities
Would be nice to know
How strong are they how fast they are etc it’s very inconsistent
I’m aware that in extreme cases like Storm giants resilience but say dark angels and ultramarines are pretty much the same physically same with the imperial fist but with the lack of Suspended animation and acidic saliva but still how fast how strong should the average space marine be
Pretty sure Dark Angel expert in Melee Combat because of Lion ElJohnson Traits being the best duelist, and Ultramarine Jack of all trade best at "Everything"

I'm so glad the community has you doing such cool shit in it!
I feel like it's no accident that the necrontyr look very similar to ethereals in the art you used.
I hope that when Guilliman meets the Silent King he gets his ass kicked. Would be great to see the best of the Imperium defeated and it would be a great reason to bring back another Primarch. Could you imagine a round two with both The Lion and Guilliman battling the Silent King?!
Honestly the SK sounds like a chill guy
The silent king is perhaps the only being to fully perceive the hivemind intelligence hence he knows fully what a threat it is considering what havoc the chaos gods cause in the galaxy.
Hey
Remember that scene at the end of one punch man
When he does that serious series serious punch and it splits the atmosphere apart?
Yeah that's a normal attack for mr king on his dias. He just kinda throws those out
Why can I just imagine Tryzen going G'day by tipping a dope Fedora hat. One of the first ever Fedora hat crafted by humanity
I wonder if he actually played a role in the creation of the Nids or something. That bit about him finding a way to convert biomass, is kind of what they do.
