For Flavor

* 1/4 cup or 3 Tbsp of any oil
* 2 Green onions, chopped
* 2~3 cloves Garlic, diced
* 1/4 Onion
* 1 tsp Oyster sauce: to create umami
* 1 + 1/2 cup or 350ml of Water
For Topping
* Cucumber, thinly sliced
