    I bought these as well, unfortunately too late Haha knee surgery in March but I'll never get back on my bike without these! Great choice, they're very comfortable. I wore them to work and had zero issues for 8 solid hours. And I build houses and don't sit in a chair all day long

    Mobius makes great wrist braces, too. A lot of times people wreck their knees, THEN start wearing true knee braces. Same with wrists. People should use these to protect from wrecking their knees and wrists.

    Loving the Stormtrooper look, another good informative vid, It always amazes me how ignorant people are of knee braces, ai have had a bum knee for 8 years now, its fine most of the time, but now and again it just gives way, never ride without mine.

    Had mobius and I thought they were the most uncomfortable things on earth! Now got pod braces, in a different league of comfort, just shows everyone is different and because one brace is good for someone doesn't mean it will be good for you

    • @nestserau
      @nestserau 5 років тому

      Exactly. I had bought Pods, had to send them out. I couldn't even bend my leg in them, although the width of the brace was correct. I guess they are for a different anatomy altogether. You either love it or hate it.

    Man, Rado, this is a good video. I wish I'd have seen this and been able to afford the protection when I started riding. Here I am, an old guy, and I've had my right knee and shoulder replaced along with 3 back operations where they fused and put in titanium metal and 6 screws. I need another shoulder and knee even as I write this. I'm not sure how much better I would be now with more protection but I'm sure it would have helped some. I had to have back operated on the third time because I broke 5 out the 6 screws.... I never know when to go easy. When I was younger, I was a bodybuilder and didn't think I needed all that protection......WRONG. I now ride with Asterrisk braces but I don't like them even tho they are correct size, etc. Looks like the Modius would be better. I can agree with the protection from the vegetation....a lot of it is out there to "ruin your day".....when doctors look at my scarred up knees they nearly get ill......

    Just got Mobius after using EVS. The difference is night and day.
    Mobius fir the win in overall fit. That translates into protection too. A brace the fits poorly can’t protect well. Mobius is also easier to put on.

    I actually just bought a pair on Saturday. Haven’t ridden with them yet but they feel comfortable walking around. A few days earlier in the week I bought a pair of the Leatt Z frames ($299) but got a size too small. I went back to get the next size up but after I tried on the Mobius I could tell it was worth coughing up the extra $200

    Hello,
    I am going on a very long motortrip for several months. Will be doing a lot offroad / adventure riding while being completely alone. I have never trusted those simple inner pads.
    Do you wear these of your motorcycle trousers ? Cause there will never be enough space to get the trousers over such knee braces.
    And will it noy become horrible wearing these 8 hours a day for months ? In 25 till 45 degrees Celsius ?
    And can you walk with it ?

  • @awesomemotorsports7356
    @awesomemotorsports7356 5 років тому +1

      It depends on what you're doing on the motorcycle. I'd say you can get away with knee pads for recreational non-agressive enduro riding, but not for motocross or competition enduro if you still need your legs after a couple of seasons.

    I tried the Mobius braces out while shopping for mine and they were alright, they felt flimsy to me and didn't fit my knee properly, The pod K8's felt fantastic quality wise but once again they didn't fit my knee but it took a few times wearing them to realise they weren't right eventually I ended up with the asterix cell braces and they are very comfortable and very supportive, Any brace is a good brace though.
