why do you need to loosen the bleeder to push the caliper back in. Can't you just push it back in and it will push a little fluid back into the fluid reservoir?

Looks like he had to replace the wheel bearing as well because part of the bearing came out when the hub came out.

Can you just remove the caliper bracket? Or do you have to remove pads and caliper?
