Oh no!! I hope your shoulder isn't excruciating! All that training. I feel so much empathy. Last weekend was my 6.3 mile or 10km run in England and while I was at the back of the pack, I didn't come last and I beat my personal training best by 7-8 minutes and I was totally not used to the altitude. I hope you will get to try the Tempe Triathlon again next time!
Aww I'm so sorry Steph 😔 nothing sucks more than when we are well prepared, and then something happens! Makes you feel like you didn't prepare well...but what is that say 🤔SH*T HAPPENS!! You're still a CHAMP 🏆 💪🏽 in our eyes!! Injuries suck (for anyone), stay hydrated, rest, and give yourself grace. Glad, overall your trips was nice 😘

I still can’t believe that happened to you, but I am very relieved that you weren’t hurt worse! I didn’t realize that you were only about a hundred miles from me. The Great Sonoran Desert is the only place that saguaro cacti grow, and speaking of cacti, y’all’s were so cute! That autocar was crazy though, I’m too old for this garbage!🤣 I know the first time I see one on the road, I’m gonna freak out!!! I’ll think they bought back Candid Camera!🤪Please tell Tyler I said that practice makes perfect, and I have faith that he can do a great job on your nails!😉 The word puzzle quote are wise words indeed, especially these days. It infuriates me that they had cars on the bicycle course… if you’re going to have a race, then have it and don’t endanger the participants! AND don’t put signs in the middle of the limited course!🤯 I actually walked into a sign once, because I was going towards the setting sun and couldn’t see! My philosophy is always that this might have saved you from something worse happening… please take really good care of yourself. 😉🙏❤️

I live in the valley (used to work in the big State Farm buildings) and so cool you were here! 🩷 even though it was hot- luckily it wasn’t the most hottest time of year because it really is brutal 😩
