2011 Alfa Romeo Giulietta Modified to Look Like a Quadrifoglio Verde Hot Hatch

- This Alfa Giulietta might look like the QV hot hatch version, but it actually isn't one. It does have the hot version's bodykit and wheels, but it's actually powered by a 1.4-liter MultiAir engine with 170 horsepower, which give it warm hatch performance. I drove this car around a twisty road and I was really impressed by how fun and engaging the car is to drive.

Looks fun!
Thanks for letting me have a go!
I love our 2.0 jtdm 170 2012. My daughter also has the same as me. Good little cars the diesels are brilliant for performance when remapped and dynamic turns it into an animal 😂😂
Couldn't agree more! I tried that 170 hp diesel in other cars and it really pulls!
@@OneTireFire yeah we have the same fpt engine in our saab 93 aero TTid aero that thing pulls even harder
Drove it also. A bit lighter on the gas than you 😂 but still, I ve enjoyed it a lot
I couldn't help myself :) Thanks for watching
Would you recommend it as a first car for a car enthusiast?
If you value Italian design, driving experience, and just having a car that you will look back at happily over interior quality and durability, then sure, by all means 😁
2014's ones with updated interior with the 1.4L Multiair 150bhp yes definitely.
Both 1.4 TB & 1.4 multiair are super good.
Nice car and video but I'm pretty sure you're wrong about the power stats. When looking in the drivers manual it states:
- "Natural" mode: 170HP@5500RPM and 230NM@2250RPM
- "Dynamic" model: 163HP@5500RPM and 250NM@2500RPM
So the HP actually go DOWN in Dynamic but the torque goes UP, that way it feels better and it also completely changes how the gas pedal reacts. The only thing I don't like in Dynamic is how stiff the steering wheel gets.
Thanks for sharing! It certainly felt punchier in Dynamic. I would imagine it also has something to do with pedal mapping. I wonder why power is lower, though...
