I didn't find it very posh as per price, may be location is very good. Living area is very cramped and a proper dull size TV and display unit can not be fitted with ease....bathrooms are not very posh and specious.
Another very important aspect I have to mention that this flat lacks in storage space as well. In western countries, we usually have room sized closets ,wherein you can put all your stuff. This apartment looks like a designer apart, you go in with a suitcase and leave out with a suitcase. No space to keep your stuffs....Amazing idea...

The location is chattarpur. Not even chattarpur. 5 km away from chattarpur between Satbari and Chandan Hola Village. To put a perspective, the average price of a decent 3 BHK is 70-75 lakhs, 4 BHK is around 1-1.25 Crs half Km away in comparison to 5.5 Cr for 3 BHK & 8 Cr for 4 BHK.
Some of the features are simply mind blowing but the price is truly exorbitant.
