Not necessarily. In the cities of Delhi and Mumbai, how would you build a 'mansion' in 20 Crores? It's only possible in backward areas and locations which have poor gentry.
Like in GK South Delhi- One of the poshest areas of Delhi, a 10000 sq land would itself cost more than 40 Crores presently.
In south Delhi the land of 400sq yard would cost 16 crore at 4 lakh / sq yard. In that you build 5 lantern , thus you get stilt parking with 4 floors thus parking area 3600sq ft and living area 15000 sq feet . Construction cost with interiors will be maximum 2 cr. Total cost of project 18 Cr.

What about maintenance charges how much ?? Even if they give us this luxurious penthouse at free of cost , we still cannot afford its maintainance charges , which will be around Rs 4-5 /- per sqft so for 15000 sqft apartment it will be around Rs 60,000-75,000 /- per month .
