    One point. Ground scale versus figure size can be manipulated to provide a sort of fuzziness of the actual point as the model is in an area defined by the base or size of the vehicle occupies. This can leveraged by having the map is not the territory: abstracting the terrain, and therefore the exact condition of the figure/model.
    Though obviously this boils down to combat modifiers and the like, rather than a true 'fog of war.'
    Alternatively, use dummy bases that are only revealed when shot at. I could imagine a way of manipulating these dummy blinds each turn that would keep them active threats, rather than once revealed as fake they're removed. Some thoughts from my current musings.
