  • Hi Guys, Tashi Delek. Today I am going to tell you how to make Ladakhi Traditional food Chutagi.
    Chutagi means - Chu means water and Tagi means bread or roti .
    Chutagi is very delicious and it is most suitable for cold weather especially during the winter time.
    It will helps us to keep our body warm with many nutrition.

    Ingredients of the Chutagi are as below.
    1: 3 cup of wheat flour
    2: 300 ml normal water
    3: 400g meat
    4: 1 pcs of medium sized potato
    5: 1 pcs of medium sized radish ( same size as radish )
    6: 1 pcs of radish
    7: Cumin seed
    8: Salt
    9: Garlic
    10: Spinach
