Please let me know how was the 1080 footage of ZV E10 . ALL the a6000 series have very soft 1080p. Please make a comparison video of 1080p ZV E10 vs a6400
Your videos are spot on, man! I think the ZV-E10 is very underrated. Got one ourselves and definitely gonna use some of your tips! :) I wish there way a way to deactivate that electronic zoom rocker. If the lens doesnt support it, that error message popping up drives me crazy....
Hey D&P, thanks so much for the kind words:) If you set the zoom range to clear image zoom you will get a slight zoom if you catch the rocker but you’ll avoid the annoying pop ups at least:)
Hey RR, what cropping do you mean? The crop in 4k30 and using active steadyshot are hardwired into the camera so the best mitigation is probably using a wide lens like the samyang 12mm f2.0: ua-cam.com/video/2t9ag9kP6-0/v-deo.html Hope that helps! Hi David I have a question for you related to ZV1. Today I tried vlogging under the sun. I kept f1. 8 as I wanted background bokeh. I kept the frame rate at 24 and shutter at 1/50. But even with the ND filter on, the shot was over exposed. So what is the option I have to control it? I was using ISO 200 since that's the lowest that is allowed when using PP10. Is there nothing I can do in the settings? Do I have to buy a variable ND? but I didn't want to. I bought the ZV1 because it is compact. If I had to get accessories then I might have got the ZV E10 do advice
You can raise your shutterspeed to darken the image. You will get choppy motion blur if you raise it too high - but it is an option if you don’t want to use an extra ND filter
Hey guys, good stuff here and Mark is right about shutter speed. For vlogging I’d say the choppier motion if a high shutter is rarely going to stand out to your audience among the general public. I most often vlog in aperture priority mode: keeps bokeh constant and adjusts shutter to manage exposure. Info on video modes here: ua-cam.com/video/U5mn2LQeL20/v-deo.html
