Before cutting bolt, place wingnut on so that once you have cut, removing the wingnut cut the thread once more so it is easier to put on once more. Very nicely done sir!

Something is not right with the pictures i am seeing, you show that you are cutting along the long edge of the wood but when you reveal your 4 pieces, they are all cut along the short edge. I think you have messed up with showing the cuts for the gaps. I am prity sure i am correct but otherwise still a great jig.
You're the first foreign commenter on my channel. The dowel was cut 1mm shorter than the groove after the bond was hardened. What I made is too big. I recommend making it smaller.

원목 끝에다가 대는 나무는 두께는 아무렇게 해도 같기만 하면 되나요? 그리고 한가지 더요... 톱날만큼 피스 박는데 양쪽에 다 박나요?
끝단 나무의 두께는 닫혓을때 딱 맞물리기만 하면 어떤거라도 상관없어요...피스는 끝단 원목 반대편만 박으면 됩니다~
