  • Here are some ideas on bone training!
Here's the link to the DIY on building a bar-and-chain device: • Isometric Bar-and-Chai...
Something I wanted to add but didn't have time to was that everyone seems to dislike estrogen in favor of testosterone, but estrogen is actually VERY important to bone health.

One thing I wanted to mention during the video but didn't have time to was that even though estrogen is often passed over in our obsession with testosterone, having good levels of estrogen is actually VERY important for bone health. Diving estrogen levels after menopause is one of the causes for broken bones amongst older women.

This guys calm demeanor and overall supportive outlook literally helped me turn several things around in my life. Seems like every time I lose motivation I can scroll through this video log and find something that applies to what I need to get done and go forth with it. The world needs trainers like this

Something i always found intresting in working out, is how you have to slowly adapt your body to more stress cuz if you do too much you'll just break, so its this balance of patiently and slowly expanding your comfort zone so your body has time to adapt and get stronger

Yeah sadly broken bones, even when broken young and properly healed, are much weaker and prone to further breakage later in life. Breaking bones doesn't strengthen them _(after they heal)_ - it weakens them for the rest of your life. Fortunately, as showcased in this video, you can optimize bone strength and density through training, nutrition and rest.
