Based on his routine, that part of the morning lasts about 5 minutes. Five minutes of exercises that arent even that intense, so it shouldnt be that sweaty really.
For hydration, I always keep my water bottle filled on my nightstand, and the first thing i do is drink at least half of that water. it helps me wake up better than coffee ever did
I'm a very busy student girl and here is my morning routine: - 10 min yoga + 5 min meditation - 20min for hygiene (toilets, clothes, brushing teeth, washing face, applying make up) - 10 min meal prep - 15 min having breakfast while reading And there you go! An hour completed! I always go to school on foot, so I have my sunlight exposure. I do sport and shower at night, also.

Thomas, In recent months the quality of your videos was constantly improving. But this one, this is absolutely phenomenal! The transitions, the editing, the quality of image and all the scenes. Simply a pleasure to watch!
This is honestly an amazing guide on a morning routine. I will be using this after I'm not sick, because my morning routine consists of: 1. waking up 2. hating the fact that I woke up because I can feel all the pain in my body 3. laying there for 30 minutes 4. getting up and doing my hygiene really slowly with no sudden movements 5. getting dressed 6. leaving for school Pretty terrible.
Try cold showers. Gets you out real fast, I cut down shower time to 3.5 mins or so. You're probably wasting more time than you realize in the shower. (Someone who has to wash her hair too)
A minute in and I just want to express that gOD I absolutely love the camerawork in this one, the quality of your videos just keep going up God bless from the Philippines ♡
Hey Thomas you’re my favourite “productivity” UA-camr and probably the only one I can stand. You really seem legitimately passionate about how you spend your time and enjoying it not just feeling like you have to be a slave to “self improvement” in extreme forms as some other UA-camrs do. For example I have seen a popular video about how this guy doesn’t eat anything, talk to anyone, or basically do any tasks for 24 hours to “reset”. Questionable

[remaining time] 4:23 pack up your things. and head out. [5-10m before you leave] Thomas also suggests that if you want you can skip breakfast (intermittent fasting). although I would never do that! also watching videos while breakfast is also great. really just experiment with the routine to suit your needs. possible limitations: -if you're in a shared household, might add complications, as you might have a bathroom occupied or someone else making breakfast. -might want to leave some buffer time, in case well i don't know, maybe last night's dinner was really heavy or something. i'd say use the routine as a framework. and edit to suit your circumstances.
I would recommend that when you have breakfast, you should ONLY have breakfast, without doing anything else. No need to overstimulate your brain right from the get go, and enjoy food as it is without distractions.
Congrats Frank, for a long time I don’t watch an entire video from your channel, as I said once, the videos were too long and they get massive... But this one we can really notice your effort.... direct to the point, awsome editing, lots of footage as you speak, you got out of your comfort zone and did a great job with this one. You delivered your message in 6 minutes with the sponsors ! Great content and straight to the point, really enjoy it. Keep this format. 👍🏻 By the amount of views in a short period of time, you realize that this is what we want. Awsome vídeo man.
I've been watching your videos for y e a r s, and I'd just like to say I'm so impressed by the effort and thought you've invested into making your videos! The content is consumable, significant and important, and the actual videos themselves are enjoyable in their own right. The transitions, camera quality, length... idk man you've really mastered what you're doing and i'm really proud/ impressed. keep it up, can't wait to see what you do next :)
Wow, this video is so different from the others in such a subtle way. So nice editing, pasing and ... I don't know... Good job Thomas, this is an extremely well produced video.
This is a great routine and can easily be rearranged as needed! I have actually been doing all of these daily in the morning but not in any specific order. I'm looking forward to adding them as a structure routine in the morning as followed: Exercise, Hydrate (drink @ the gym), Nutrition (get home drink / eat protein filled breakfast), Hygiene (clean up post-gym), Learning (quick book or news articles), and then start my day with Sunlight (off to work)!
I always make my boyfriend prepare for early mornings the night before. He was so annoyed with me at first but it’s really contributing to his overall happiness by making him less stressed in the morning and his mood is much better meaning more affection for me 😂 it’s a win-win
So yes I am a little late to the party coz UA-cam put this video in front of me this morning instead of a year ago 🤷🏾♀️ Great content thanks. I do enjoy watching them. May l suggest a few tweaks to the routine? 1) lay everything you need in the morning out the night before , including the breakfast things. 2) Exercise before having a shower so that you can be as vigorous as you like without worry about getting sweaty, if it's nice out, tick off the sunshine and fresh air box by working out outside. 3) Hydrate yourself, immediately after exercise as you have probably been sweating. And while you are in the kitchen , 4) put the kettle or coffee on before you head for the shower because when you get out, you are not wasting precious time
When I first started being self employed and working at home, I tried to incorporate ALL of the most popular morning routine steps. No matter how fast I moved it ended up taking 4+ hours everyday. Glad to see a more practical option!
First off, I stopped this video midway just to start this comment that I agree the quality, angles, and transitions are WILD. Amazing job!!! Incredibly engaging, great background music, that living room chair looks bomb and comfortable af. Such a pleasure to watch your expertise in filmmaking grow over the years! Morning routines have to be flexible, and I think people try and cram too much. Some days I have time to go to the gym or read or go all out, other days I have just enough time to eat and get ready, it's all a balance.

Tonights wake up is 0345 because I needed more time to wake up so I can do more cardio. Also I personally don't like having caffeine within the first hour or 2 of waking up because I want my body to naturally wake me up on it's own ability before I externally force it to and because I am not interested in being an addict again. Love caffeine but I know my body and we say nope to the wake up cup of joe. Love your stuff Thomas!
@@billytheripper4 Thanks for the reply! I work in a warehouse where I unload semitrailer full of boxes ranging from 10-70lbs so I sweat during my 7hr workout. A little deodorant goes a long way.
Thomas frank is the only youtuber i cant skip for a second, all of his seconds are high value and his videos are with so much effort that i cant considerate it time wated
love this video. As a student, I usually don't have more than an hour to get myself ready and out the door, and I rarely have a ton of control over my schedule from semester to semester. This is super helpful for figuring that out.
Man i wish i could have an hour long morning routine, if not a 4 hour full routine.. but i find that even 6 categories are too much for me, so i decided to focus on 3 general things in the morning: 1. Body.(cleaning, hydrating, moving) 2. Mind (goals, intentions for the day, writing or meditation) 3. Surroundings (make bed, tidy room, get ready) It makes it way simpler that way when each step i just have to ask myself: "body: what does my body need?" "mind: what does my mind need?" " surroundings: what do i want to be done for the day?" Really great video though! Nice :)
This video is definitely one of the greatest videos you ever made when it comes to production value. Transitions are smooth and really help with sending a message about not having enough time in the morning.
Your editing and filiming has come such a long way over the year. I usally don't comment, but man keep up the amazing work!!! This just looked dope and I saved it for a rewatch! 🙌

The production on this was CRAZY good man. Really appreciate the effort you went through to make it like this. Nebula sounds awesome, definitely want to check it out.

You don't need to shave everyday, right? (but I agree with you, if i put my hair into account in this routine, I better be faster than Flash to get everything done hahahaha)
Thank you so much for your videos Thomas, I appreciate all of them but this one takes the cake! These are all the kinds of things I try to do every morning before starting my day, and this video is inspiring being able to capture it all in a nice kind of atmospheric way. I watched it yesterday, but then played it alongside my own morning routine today and it really helped my motivation to get out of bed (from snuggling a cute lil puppy) and start the day. thanks again so much! So appreciative in the work you put in.
This video is incredible. You are saving time in a wonderful way. I hope I could do that. You are fast. Taking a shower, brushing my teeth and wearing my clothes take more than half an hour. Really, I can do all things but in a longer time nearly two hours or more. I don't like reading in the morning . I prefer in the evening because it makes me calm. I like your channel and its content is very good. Thanks a lot. 👍👍
Whoa Thomas, your editing skills are amazing! I really enjoy how to tied everything up and how seemless it is from all the narrative from the entire video connected to one piece, like when you appear with the foil in the background then 3 screens! I'm going to checkout Nebula soon. Thanks bud!
This clearly applies for a GUY'S morning routine , no girl will get a shower in 4 minutes 😂😂😂 I think the hour morning routine is still achievable if I prepare everything the night before, don't have breakfast and rush everything else 🤣
I made a similiar rutine almost without seeing this video, the key to acomplish this, was to take an hour for my self, so if something go wrong on the day, i dont care, there is something i can always control. Love your vids Thomas, keep going like that !
Morning productivity routine [41 minutes] (with some modifications) : - Hygiene [ 15 minutes ] - Wake up sharp at alarm. Brush shave bath etc - Hydration [1 minute] - Drink a glass of water - Exercise [ 10 minutes ] - Light exercise - A quick run around the house - Nutrition [5 minutes + 5 minutes] - Oats/Cereals, Milk, Coffee or tea - While above is brewing do Learning - Focus fully on food while eating for 5minutes - Learning [5minutes] - Read some pages - Sunlight [~ minutes] - Go out again and enjoy the warm sun :)
Love the video. Also, your production quality seems to be getting better and better. It had a very Matt D'Avella/Nathaniel Drew vibe that I really liked. Keep up the great work and as always, keep experimenting!
Haha i feel the struggle. My whole shower to out the door process takes an hour alone. Blow drying and styling my long hair, skincare routine, make up, coordinating an outfit and handbags & fragrance to go with the outfit... I started dedicating 2 hours in the morning: run with my dog for 15-25mins, breakfast, read, journal or do my pepp talk journal before important meetings, then move on to girly stuff.
Being a night owl who sleeps at 2 a.m usually you really made me feel that being a morning person is practical and quite nice too. MIGHT try these out. Wish me good luck haha
Beautifully created video with a clear message of how and what to develop for a morning routine. Also, Thomas enjoy your Colorado weather :) Vermont is about to get some snow as well.
Frank: Drink coffee in your quick 1 hour routine

4 min shower, i need AT LEAST 15 MIN
I love this so much!!😂😭😂😭😂😂
I've got real short hair, (scarlet Johanson in Marriage Story short hair)
And I take 25 minutes
SaOrA6 6 that’s your problem you just sit there and let the water my showers take 4-7 minutes
i need 5-7 minutes shower so I can shower at night too and I’m a girl😭
love this video. As a student, I usually don't have more than an hour to get myself ready and out the door, and I rarely have a ton of control over my schedule from semester to semester. This is super helpful for figuring that out.
Thomas: "Maybe you're watching this very video while you eat breakfast."
Me: *Eating my breakfast* O.O
The production level is insanely magnificent. Kudos to the hardwork and proficiency.
I never thought of boiling eggs and leaving them in the fridge. This is a game-changer for me.
This is by far in your top 3 best videos. Internalising these rutines and ideas will bring changes to a lot of peoples day to day life.
You've been having too much fun filming, haven't you?
This is your best video by far
Man i wish i could have an hour long morning routine, if not a 4 hour full routine.. but i find that even 6 categories are too much for me, so i decided to focus on 3 general things in the morning: 1. Body.(cleaning, hydrating, moving) 2. Mind (goals, intentions for the day, writing or meditation) 3. Surroundings (make bed, tidy room, get ready)
It makes it way simpler that way when each step i just have to ask myself: "body: what does my body need?" "mind: what does my mind need?" " surroundings: what do i want to be done for the day?"
Really great video though! Nice :)
"sunlight exposure"
Me, a Brazilian: ha, I don't even have to move
This video is definitely one of the greatest videos you ever made when it comes to production value. Transitions are smooth and really help with sending a message about not having enough time in the morning.
TF: “I don’t like sitting through ads.”

Lol
Nebula version has no ads ;)
Your editing and filiming has come such a long way over the year. I usally don't comment, but man keep up the amazing work!!! This just looked dope and I saved it for a rewatch! 🙌

P.S. How many continuity errors can you spot in this video? 😛

I’m checking out guitars. Just curious what’s the guitar u’re playing or have been playing/learning from?

Waking up at 6:30am!? LUXURY! I have to get up at 5am for my job. xD
- Why did you spray the leaves of that plant?
- Cereal is much faster than cooking food.
- Brush your teeth BEFORE breakfast? Shower BEFORE you exercise? Are you crazy?
- Nooo! Fasting during the day will cause your body to go into starvation mode, and add to your fat reserves when do eat.
The production on this was CRAZY good man. Really appreciate the effort you went through to make it like this. Nebula sounds awesome, definitely want to check it out.
The editing on this is amazing. How is this even possible lol.
Loving the new video style my man!
"Sunlight exposure" but what if there isn't sunlight for 4 months like in Finland 😅
I’m 55 seconds in and I’m amazed at the production quality already. As a viewer, I do recognize the effort that went into this.
Thank you for this gem.
Omg the best😍
I love watching morning routines. But I'm glad you also noticed most people just take way more time than most people have available. Love the video.
The sun comes out at like 9:30 in the morning in the winter for me...
Editing wise this is your best video mate loved it
The way you pronunce „kurz gesagt“ 😂
lol he's murrican, what did you expect?
I get the snow and cold, I'm in MN and I get really bad seasonal depression because I only get out when necessary. Great vid as always Thomas!
For all of that as a girl with make up, shaving and hair I need at least 90-120min with breakfast (slow eater).
I'm exactly the same, plus I need a good 15 mins to stare into space lol
You don't need to shave everyday, right? (but I agree with you, if i put my hair into account in this routine, I better be faster than Flash to get everything done hahahaha)
Thomas, I gotta say you are by far one of my favorite creators and this was one of my favorite videos of yours. Keep up the amazing work!
If you wear makeup, then your whole hour is ruined lmaoo.
Just do it on the comute. It works for me at least
Mon I bike to work lmaoo
Hahah, have a no make-up day once a week. Use that time for reading or getting there early
You can bundle something with your makeup application time. I listen to an audiobook while I'm doing my hair and makeup in the morning.
I do my makeup in 4 minutes, tops, but I can do it faster if I hurry
This is the most professional video that I have ever seen in this genre. I really appreciate what you have to offer and I applaud your effort.
Love the Eames chair! Is that an actual Eames or one of the reproductions? curious the quality on some of the reproduction ones.
Awesome chair 👍👍
Thank you so much for your videos Thomas, I appreciate all of them but this one takes the cake! These are all the kinds of things I try to do every morning before starting my day, and this video is inspiring being able to capture it all in a nice kind of atmospheric way.
I watched it yesterday, but then played it alongside my own morning routine today and it really helped my motivation to get out of bed (from snuggling a cute lil puppy) and start the day.
thanks again so much! So appreciative in the work you put in.
Bruh, I wake up at 4 AM every morning it's still dark outside
This video is incredible. You are saving time in a wonderful way. I hope I could do that. You are fast. Taking a shower, brushing my teeth and wearing my clothes take more than half an hour. Really, I can do all things but in a longer time nearly two hours or more. I don't like reading in the morning . I prefer in the evening because it makes me calm. I like your channel and its content is very good. Thanks a lot. 👍👍
I'm from Germany and I love the way u pronounce "Kurz gesagt" XD
Whoa Thomas, your editing skills are amazing! I really enjoy how to tied everything up and how seemless it is from all the narrative from the entire video connected to one piece, like when you appear with the foil in the background then 3 screens! I'm going to checkout Nebula soon. Thanks bud!
This clearly applies for a GUY'S morning routine , no girl will get a shower in 4 minutes 😂😂😂
I think the hour morning routine is still achievable if I prepare everything the night before, don't have breakfast and rush everything else 🤣
My 2 hour routine checks all your list, with more calm and composed manner. The mindset I require, for studying hard.
I see that you’ve taken some video tips from Matt D’avella 😉
I made a similiar rutine almost without seeing this video, the key to acomplish this, was to take an hour for my self, so if something go wrong on the day, i dont care, there is something i can always control. Love your vids Thomas, keep going like that !
An hour maybe for men, for women it's out of the question! I couldn't get ready in an hour even if I skipped breakfast and my workout routine 😜
This new setup and quality is just crazy! Good job, Thomas ❤️

Love the video. Also, your production quality seems to be getting better and better. It had a very Matt D'Avella/Nathaniel Drew vibe that I really liked. Keep up the great work and as always, keep experimenting!
Gurl, some entrepreneurs wear make-up and have to spend at least 15 minutes on that alone 💁♀️
The video is amazing it really shows how much you have improved on lighting, editing and filming. Congratulations!
Editor: How many camera angles do you wan-
Thomas: Yes
Being a night owl who sleeps at 2 a.m usually you really made me feel that being a morning person is practical and quite nice too. MIGHT try these out. Wish me good luck haha
Me at Thomas shirtless: 😍
(I'm sorry, I just had to. 😂)
The edition of this video is so freaking FANTASTIC... And Tom looks cozy
"breakfast is the most important meal of the day" used by cereal companies for advertisements
Beautifully created video with a clear message of how and what to develop for a morning routine. Also, Thomas enjoy your Colorado weather :) Vermont is about to get some snow as well.
