@Violett Fem I don’t use honey for a lot of different items, but I make my keto bread and use some to feed the yeast. It all gets consumed and isn’t in the final product. I also use it in marinades - it’s a small amount and spread over all the servings, combined with the fact that so much of the marinade is discarded, it means there is VERY little in each serving.
I buy eggs from a lady who free range raises them, $3.00/dozen! So excited our city of College Station, TX is getting a Costco! We now have Sams Club only!
God bless you and your family. You have no idea what your videos are doing for someone like me who has diabetes, heart issues and digestive issues. The dieticians I've been to did not give me this kind of information. You have provided so many options and the reasons why. Thank you so much.
@@seasalt77 I believe he said in a previous video when discussing the new organic almond butter at Trader Joe’s. If I recall correctly he said not to pay more for that (organic) because of the way almonds were grown, they don’t need to be organic. That was really what prompted my question.
I was worried that the mint in the Suja would make me sneeze but it did not and I find that I like the juice. While at Sams club also picked up the carrot juice and the fruit juice mixture. It’s great for when we don’t have time to make the juice ourselves. I think the pasture raised eggs at Costco may be a bit cheaper.
Speaking of honey from the farmer's market, bee pollen/propolis and royal jelly are so good for allergies, are antimicrobial and have antioxidants. The health benefits are amazing and they give you a boost of energy.
Bobby I'm not sure if you've already done this but can you please do a video on counter top water filters and which ones are the best to use. I was also wondering what you thought of hydrogen water? Not the kind you buy in a store, but made with a hydrogen water bottle at home. Thank you!
Columbus, Ohio doesn’t carry the vital farms eggs. Omg! At about 14:30 you said ‘free roaming heads’!!!!! You made me so happy! Thank you for that! We love you out here.
So ordered almost all items with exception Mighty Dozen and Barleans. Not at my local. Pull up the app and stroll the store with you and shopping done😃 Thank you!
I tried the avocado chips knowing the ingredients were bad just to see if the idea was good. They weren't bad except for the seasoning they use makes it taste like chili powder and it is overwhelming. Has potential to be a nice snack to make at home without adding all of the garbage in it.
Thanks for the video I'm so proud of myself I went to the grocery store and bought me a suja green juice read the ingredients like you taught me and said I believe this is Bobby approved and I bought it and now you say it is!😀😀
The green juice has the mint in it and I always avoid peppermint because it makes me sneeze. $8.98 a bottle wonder how much the actual vegetables cost to make it yourself.
If organic juice isn't sweet enough just ad stevia like we do. My kids don't like it unless it is sweet so it is a great way to get them to drink it. Mostly my kids eat fruit an veggies as snacks so they only get juice occasionally. They drink water with fruit or cucumbers in it.
Thank you so much for doing this sam's club review 🤗🤗🤗. I'm a huge fan of your channel; however, My nearest costco store is 6 hours away, so I'm very grateful for this video. Hopefully you have a lot more to come 👌👌

I would also like to know if any of the other brands of the little shots of juices in the produce dept are really beneficial. I see probiotic shot and think, it must be good!
I always buy the almond butter at Sam’s. Love it by the spoonful! 😂 I just bought three jars and was pleasantly surprised at checkout when they rang up at just $5.98 each.
I've been a Sam's club member for 12 years. Now that I'm on Keto, there is little I can buy there. Costco would be a better choice, but none near my home.
I have a free 1 year Sam's Club Membership, thanks to a promo, from the Discover (credit) Card. I find the stuff they sell, to be very lacking of "Bobby Approved" items. They do have some stuff, but very little. So, I went ahead and paid for a 1 year Costco membership. Comparing the two warehouses, the differences are stark with the Costco being more favorable because of the amount of "Bobby Approved" and also "Thomas DeLauer Approved" items. So, IMO, if a Costco is probably somewhere within 30-40 miles from one's house, then it may be worth the money and time to travel for a Costco membership and shop there.
If you stick to whole foods, you should be able to find plenty of products at Sam’s. It’s the Bobby Approved PROCESSED foods that are in pretty short supply.
I been binge watching your vids since Monday sadly I stay in a small town and our Sam's Club, Cosco, Target, Kroger basically all the good places to shop are 45-60mins away my Walmart doesn't carry the good stuff which I hate I really like your vids even though I'm not keto or gluten free I try to eat as healthy as possible bc of health issues. The most important thing I've been watching for is to give my kids better snack options And I may take my daughter off gluten bc she has stomach problems(constipation) and she's lactose intolerant I think it will help drastically with her issues. So with all that being said Thank you for all these helpful vids💯💯💯 keep them coming ❤❤❤
Welcome to my home State, I only shop at Sams. Its far less expensive than Cosco. The Cosco in Clearwater is not worth getting near. You have to park miles away to go to it and not very friendly. Enjoy your shows
Hello Flavcity, Great channel, you have helped me and so many other's. Do you have any small natural markets in the area? We have a store called the Abundance Market here in Rochester, NY and it is wonderful, just wonder what you might have in FLA
My Costco has grass fed GRASS FINISHED beef!! I was so excited because I can't find it anywhere local to me because I'm rural and have to drive an hour and a half to the closest Costco.
I'm vegan for the animals, and for ethical purposes. While I agree a lot of the plant based substitutes are highly processed, you can just eat whole foods, and still be healthy! 🌱🌱🌱

Bobby will you please do a video on frozen fishes from the frozen isle in Sams and Costco. I really appreciate you educating us to eat healthy
I'm in Central Illinois and that's been the price of the almond butter at my Sams Club for the last two months. It's my fave almond butter!
Never thought I’d run across another flavcity fan here in Springfield!! Hi!
the tattooed chef products are great!
We have the Vital Farms eggs here in wisconsin, I just bought some last week.
I buy eggs from a lady who free range raises them, $3.00/dozen! So excited our city of College Station, TX is getting a Costco! We now have Sams Club only!
Please go through the health section with protein powder/drinks/bars next. I always want to get something but dont know what is good.
Thank you for this. Amarillo doesn't have Costco, only Sam's Club. I sure wish they had more healthy snack choices.
Added almond butter (Costco) to my post workout smoothie! Wow, life changing! Woweewewah!

As always - super great review. Moved to smaller city and ONLY have Sams Club here (sadly, no Costco!!), so I appreciate you reviewing Sams today.
Good Morning Bobby and Brad! Happy TGIF! Cool, these warehouse tours are awesome!

I also got rice cauliflower in frozen vegetable section and Rao's sauce!
Yesssssss Sam’s video!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you so much!!!!!!! ♥️♥️♥️
I wonder how many “bugs and worms” are available in a pasture where 100’s (if not 1000’s) of chickens live?
The riced cauliflower in the freezer section is awesome and a great deal.
