Sams rotisserie chicken has always been unmatched. It’s always been like $5 and you get so much meat from it. Not to mention I’ve NEVER had a bad one, never dry, never burnt or underdone. I hope they never change 😍

A family member of mine used to work there and passed away from a hear condition. Sams club has his picture up in their store location to this day, they provided our family with tons of food and closed the store early on the day of his service to allow team members to join his service. It was very heart warming. By the way you aren’t alone, I have pterodactyl hurps too 😂 When you go back to Sam’s club you should definitely check out their cafe. The brownie sundae is like $2 and SO yummy

The good thing about the chicken salad is that you can add all of the fixings that you like, for us that don’t like apples, celery, raisins, and pecans in our chicken salad this is perfect.

I was shaking uncontrollably with stomach pain and nausea and my parents had to drive me to the ER because we didn't know what was causing it. Waiting as you do in the ER , I continued feeling worse and more nauseous. Once in the back I ended up in the bathroom... going from both ends, but when it finally ended I was all good. They said shes probably sensitive to rasins.We left, and I avoid them to this day but the kicker is my best friend at the time was l staying the night and went along for it all, later sharing my embarrassing moment with everyone. I was 15 ...teen girls suck 😕
It always amazes me how you power through these. Most of this looks pretty good, so i wasn't surprised by your reaction. On a technical note, the lighting/color grading in your main A roll shot looks great in this video. This backdrop is a winner!
Also, manicotti is technically different from lasagna. Lasagna is made with rolled and cut pasta sheets; manicotti is supposed to be more of a rolled crepe, although most grocery stores sell "manicotti shells" that are extruded tubular pasta.
I'm so happy you enjoyed the rotisserie chicken. I love it as is and served with garlic and dill roasted potato wedges or like mashed potatoes and gravy, and creamed spinach or like sauteed veggies. With the leftover chicken I love making a orange chicken stir fry or like an open faced chicken and gravy over Texas toast with mashed potatoes or stuffing and some buttery peas or roasted asparagus.
Great review!! Need to try the brocolli salad. If I bought the chicken salad I would add additional things to it! I just had the Asian salad this past week and did not like the lettuce base either - too many raw brussell sprouts. I felt like I needed more dressing! LOL
YES! The part about the chicken salad.... whenever I get it, I use it as a "base" and add small dice apples, Dried cranberries, Chopped pecans, Red grapes cut in half.... Whatever Versions of Chicken Salad Chick salads you like, (do you have that there?) for a fraction of the price)....My husband insists on diced hard boiled eggs in his, so I have to keep his separate....🙄.... I know, I know, it's crazy, they are so spoiled!....😅😅
Game changer, buy some of those tostadas from the Spanish isle of the supermarket and add a scoop of the rotisserie chicken salad. Top with garnish like pickled jalapenos amd/or red onions; i always add hot sauce You get some crunch, you get loads of savory flavors and some heat or tang depending on the garnish.

Sam’s chicken is the best. I have never tried the chicken pot pie but I will try it next time. I don’t know if you have ever done Trader Joe’s. They usually have some really good frozen selections.. and pretty flower arrangements..
Hello 👋 . I tried the Costco roast beef sandwich … I was underwhelmed. Not awful but very pricey for Costco food court !!! I did like the picked onions and sun dried tomatoes though and will probably be adding that to my homemade roast beef sandwich 😊

Something that saved me during my trip home was I gave myself "bed times" so that I had cut off time to relax and have some down time but that might also be hard with kiddos!

I will say the have great stuff. I actually worked at Sam’s for four years and made those premade meals and the chicken salad unfortunately was not the same chicken . It’s bagged chicken that comes in.
I have so many comments on this video. We’re a Sam’s family; so I’m sorry. -We always get the “chicken street tacos;” cuz my kiddos love it. I make a quick white queso/salsa thing. -I’ll grab the “lonely” grilled chicken breasts, to slice up and throw in salads, soups or grill fajita veggies and throw the chicken in at the end to warm thru. -I’m a foodie as well (if you’ve seen me, you know 😂) but, it’s great if you find short cuts with quality ingredients.
Love this! And I imagined that there would be so many ways to use these. That chicken salad is perfectly malleable for so many recipes!!! I love that you save yourself so much time by re-working delicious items

I wish we had Sam's/BJs up here in Canada. Hey we got Wal-Mart why deny us??! I am the same way as you with pepper😅 When i used to skip high school we'd go to McDs and my friends would say "would you like some pepper with your fries?" Meanwhile there would be a massive pile of those stupid pepper packets. After that I started carrying my own pepper shaker in my purse 😂 I am the same way with parmesan. Olive Garden servers must hate me. ☺
My family eats Sam’s all the time! I love the Manicotti, but everytime I see it I think of the week that my best friends mama passed because someone got one of those meals for their fam and I was the only one that would eat it so I had to eat the whole think lmao!

@@ErinRobinson I think the reason I wrote rye bread is because a million years ago, when I still lived in SoCal (place of my birth), after a night out in Hollywood after concerts & such, a favorite stop for a bite was Canter's on Fairfax. My usual order was a chicken salad sandwich on rye with a fresh kosher dill pickle spear on the side. Yum!

I will say the have great stuff. I actually worked at Sam’s for four years and made those premade meals and the chicken salad unfortunately was not the same chicken . It’s bagged chicken that comes in.

I have so many comments on this video. We’re a Sam’s family; so I’m sorry.
-We always get the “chicken street tacos;” cuz my kiddos love it. I make a quick white queso/salsa thing.
-I’ll grab the “lonely” grilled chicken breasts, to slice up and throw in salads, soups or grill fajita veggies and throw the chicken in at the end to warm thru.
-I’m a foodie as well (if you’ve seen me, you know 😂) but, it’s great if you find short cuts with quality ingredients.
Love this! And I imagined that there would be so many ways to use these. That chicken salad is perfectly malleable for so many recipes!!! I love that you save yourself so much time by re-working delicious items
