I had thought that in order for a sale on Etsy to be counted towards the Star Seller verification the postage had to be purchased through Etsy. Is this not the case?
I just want to let you know that I went ahead and got pirate ship and I've sent out three packages so far. The last package I sent out the barcode at the bottom of the package did not match the ZIP Code for the correct address and the package has been going in circles for days I finally called the post office. Who told me they have had several complaints about pirate ship and the way their labels print out. I will no longer be using pirate ship.
@@laurenyoungs If the address on the label was correct my guess is that it's a post office thing and they're blaming someone else. This kind of thing happens every now and then, no matter where you buy your labels, so it sounds like you were just "lucky" (not) in this situation.
@@KaraBuntinTutorials The post office does not read the address they scan the barcode. If the barcode does not match the address, the package goes in circles. In my case, the barcode had a different ZIP Code than the ZIP Code on the address, which was correct.

Thank you
You're welcome!
Does pirateship give tracking for first class envelope size?
I'm not sure about that since I don't use that size at all, sorry.
IF you were to ship internationally, is here a place to fill in a customs form (and print it)
Yes, it pops up in the screen and it prints on the shipping label itself. I sent something to Canada the other day so i saw that.

No, i use pirateship and it sends the tracking number to Etsy and that counts.
@@KaraBuntinTutorials oh wow! Thank you for this information!!

I've never had a problem with them.
