Wow, thanks for the shout-out!!! I've been enjoying your videos, as I'm in the process of conceptualizing my shop etc. This question is unrelated to Mosaic -- but just curious about how you handle shipping. My items are very light no greater than a few ounces each. I typically use click and ship via USPS to calculate the shipping. I noticed Go Imagine will calculate the shipping prices once you set up shipping methods. What if the Click and Ship and Go Imagine calculations are different? I think this all gets really complicated, which is why a lot of people probably just go for "free shipping" and factor shipping into the price of purchase. What have you found to work best (so that you are not losing $$)? Thanks again, I truly appreciate your input.

I upgraded just so I could get the training info. I don’t think I will ever have more than 100 items. 😂You mentioned putting in other links in the Mosaic portion….can you put an Etsy link. To point buyers to things that are not appropriate for goimagine? Such as supplies? I was thinking that’s not allowed but cannot remember.
I dont think that is allowed, but i could be wrong. I know you can send them to social media sites, and an email list, but i would ask before trying to do that. I scanned the help pages and am not seeing anything stating you cannot do that. But. ...
Where do I pay the ten dollars? Can you give the group or circles? What site are you using to transfer your reviews to go imagine? I ended up on Elf site. Didn't really work out. Please help!
I found it on Chrome! Everyone says go imagine is as intuitive as Etsy. NOT true! But I searched how to upload my json file, and the go Imagine route on the site popped up. Frustrating as hell! 😡
I am not completely sure what you are asking and it seems like mutiple questions. I recommend visiting goimagine.com/membership/ or any of the links in the description of my videos. The best place to ask multiple questions is the official goimagine facebook group. Have you joined that group? Or have you downloaded the makerscircle app?

Randi, thanks for this info. I am a premium member, but have not played with it a lot yet. Do you know if you can sell in person directly from your Mosaic inventory through your Premium site with your domain? In other words, Wix has a way to sell in person with your website; before I cancel my Wix site, I was wondering if I could do the same through Mosaic. Thanks in advance!
Hello, unfortunately there is no way to track inventory from in person sales, i do beleive that is on the wishlist for future options.
I’m a newbie. I have mosaic and I have no idea how to preview it. Also, is there a way to change the order of your listings. Any help or response would be much appreciated.
Hi there, To preview your entire shop, you have to go there as a shopper would so "shopname.goimagine.com" or your custom domain name if you have one. You can preview individual lustings another way, but you must just visit your shop as a shopper would to see what the whole shop looks like. There is not a way to change listing order besides the featured listings. You can add featured products and it does allow you to put those in any order you want. You should do 6, 12, 18, or 24 featured listings.
