That's the defense attorneys job is to presume reasonable doubt. That's they the prosecution focuses on their narrative. Both of them have a job to do. Its the jury who decides if she's guilty or innocent. Remember, we are all presumed innocent until found guilty.

I've watched several portions of the Dan Markel saga starting years ago when I saw a youtube doc about his murder. Til now when I'm watching the trials. I'm still waiting for anyone to timestamp show me when this prosecutor chick "jawja" did a "good job." She's an orchestrated ball of semi calculated emotion and childishly expressed wounded ego. And every time she mentions how many women the male defendants dated, absolutely unrelated, she proves it. Among her other "What the hell is this?" moments. Her partner (forgot her name) she's been the impressive prosecutor to me. She's sticking to the case and presenting it without the sideshow tactics. Which is what you can and should do when the facts prove what you say they do. The idea that "jawja" did a great job, I think, is another case of people looking for what they want to see in situations, finding any hint of it, and measuring everything by that. I've only ever seen 2 attorneys who consistently seem to have the full package, IMO. Young Thug's lawyer and Anne Taylor. They're always measured, factual, and resounding. They don't open their mouths unless it's pretty much hard to question what they're about to say. The rest of these people are too hit and miss for me. "Jawja" included. She's had way more questionable moments in cases they pretty much couldn't lose, than she's had any "good" or "great" ones. I have timestamps.
There were two trials against Katherine Magbanua. First trial w Sigfredo simultaneously tried... they had different judge, mistrial/hung jury. Second trial, new judge, Magbanua tried alone after covid, found guilty. She was offered immunity x2 but her lawyers refused it! Unreal bc she's never out, life & will never be w her kids again..not saying she doesn't deserve it but Luis Rivera could have stopped his "brother" from doing this & did not. He got 7 yr deal for being first to snitch.

I just saw a video where Donna was walking with Lincoln hand in hand when he was a very young kid. Lincoln appeared to be less than 5 years old. That video made me so nauseated and sad at the same time. I don't know how the Adelsons could even live with themselves. Those children were denied so much love that it is sickening 💔

Defense attorney reference to Katherine's statement "put me on the schedule " actually referred to her as a patient to have a wisdom tooth removed not a work schedule reference. That comes across as an attempt to deceive the jury.
That's the defense attorneys job is to presume reasonable doubt. That's they the prosecution focuses on their narrative. Both of them have a job to do. Its the jury who decides if she's guilty or innocent. Remember, we are all presumed innocent until found guilty.

I've watched several portions of the Dan Markel saga starting years ago when I saw a youtube doc about his murder. Til now when I'm watching the trials.
I'm still waiting for anyone to timestamp show me when this prosecutor chick "jawja" did a "good job." She's an orchestrated ball of semi calculated emotion and childishly expressed wounded ego. And every time she mentions how many women the male defendants dated, absolutely unrelated, she proves it. Among her other "What the hell is this?" moments.
Her partner (forgot her name) she's been the impressive prosecutor to me. She's sticking to the case and presenting it without the sideshow tactics. Which is what you can and should do when the facts prove what you say they do. The idea that "jawja" did a great job, I think, is another case of people looking for what they want to see in situations, finding any hint of it, and measuring everything by that.
I've only ever seen 2 attorneys who consistently seem to have the full package, IMO. Young Thug's lawyer and Anne Taylor. They're always measured, factual, and resounding. They don't open their mouths unless it's pretty much hard to question what they're about to say.
The rest of these people are too hit and miss for me. "Jawja" included. She's had way more questionable moments in cases they pretty much couldn't lose, than she's had any "good" or "great" ones.

There were two trials against Katherine Magbanua. First trial w Sigfredo simultaneously tried... they had different judge, mistrial/hung jury. Second trial, new judge, Magbanua tried alone after covid, found guilty. She was offered immunity x2 but her lawyers refused it! Unreal bc she's never out, life & will never be w her kids again..not saying she doesn't deserve it but Luis Rivera could have stopped his "brother" from doing this & did not. He got 7 yr deal for being first to snitch.
