Like vegetable is also just a carb...The kind of carbs that you shouldn´t be consuming on daily basis are stuff like candies etc. For weight loss you need to be in DEFICIT. You can lose weight on nutella if you stay in deficit...( this is ridicilous but just to prove the fact).

Hey Ashley check on microwave and see if they have a defrost on it! My nana taught me that it’s safe to defrost in the microwave than hot water because the hot water is cooking it. Hope that helps :)

Hey Ashley, I know that having a shake every day with spinach can be healthy in some ways, it can be very damaging for your gut! I know of someone who had a spinach smoothie everyday and DIED because her gut could not contain the spinach!
I didn't understand your comment about chicken issues. You can still buy a family pack of chicken breast from the supermarket and divide them to individual pieces and freeze them. If you want a thinner slice, you cut the one piece in half. This is cheaper also.
Red fairy LED lights in your room that can be dimmed and has a remote has made a HUGE difference for myself and my hubby to fall to sleep. We turn it on when we start getting ready for bed or when it gets dark out. We start at 100%, then when we get into bed we change it to 50% and we either watch tv or chat a while and at some point we get down to 30% before turning it off fully. If in the night we wake cause water is only rented, we use the red lights and doesnt bother the other. We got ours on amazon 66ft ones. I had already years ago spray painted basic brass hooks for the ceiling from brass to white(screwed them into a shallow box to get it nicely and evenly painted), drilled holes in my ceiling (in 3 ft increments), and screwed them in to hang holiday lights easily. The time put into doing that paid ten-fold in the years since cause rigging up the lights around the house is now a one person job, 20 mins per room and most of the time is taking the lights out of storage.
So recently I got my Viome test back and found out I am allergic to coffee!!!!!! Since it stops my digestion fully, I had to go without, cold turkey. Still, it is satisfying to see how happy it makes others... especially when I do not smell it is the replacement for it xoxo

That chicken & veg plate actually looked sooo yummy! I would probably pair it with some bread or grain though because I would be craving carbs SO BADLY. 😂
You can also try tart or sour Montmorency cherries, they're high in melatonin-a hormone that helps regulate sleep-wake cycles. You can do the fruit or the bottled juice.
I do my whole eggs in my air fryer and it takes 8-11 mins depending on if you want a firm yoke or not .. they r also super easy to peel .. make sure as soon as the eggs come out of air fryer put them in a ice water bath for 2-3 mins and they will still be warm inside which is the way I like them .. then I cut them in half and add sea salt , pepper and apple cider vinegar.. taste like a deviled egg but a lot less work!
