I just want to put it out there... this is OBVIOUSLY extreme. Eating has not always been this regimented for me. It has been a long process for me. BUT YOU BETTER BELIEVE I go hard on my cheat meal on the weekends! haha It's all about B A L A N C E right?!

I noticed that you put lemon on a lot of your food. I would definitely recommend getting lemon squeezer if you don’t already have one, they are amazing!

lea vaudevire it may be because Ashley doesn’t have time to make or boil eggs, and it’s just easier not lazy...that’s like saying people are lazy for texting and not mailing letters imo....

It’s interesting how they don’t ever seem like they eat rice or potatoes (you get what I mean) with their food.#can’trelate
They're pure carbs unfortunately.. Which are not great for a healthy diet, or a weight loss diet.
@@rfc77 They are good...you don´t need to cut out carbs to live a healthy lifestyle. Just look at some professional athletes, gym people on ig. Like vegetable is also just a carb...The kind of carbs that you shouldn´t be consuming on daily basis are stuff like candies etc. For weight loss you need to be in DEFICIT. You can lose weight on nutella if you stay in deficit...( this is ridicilous but just to prove the fact).

@@rfc77 carbs are essential if you want to keep yourself full for longer honey therefore you lose weight easily if that's your goal

Hey Ashley check on microwave and see if they have a defrost on it! My nana taught me that it’s safe to defrost in the microwave than hot water because the hot water is cooking it. Hope that helps :)

I do my whole eggs in my air fryer and it takes 8-11 mins depending on if you want a firm yoke or not .. they r also super easy to peel .. make sure as soon as the eggs come out of air fryer put them in a ice water bath for 2-3 mins and they will still be warm inside which is the way I like them .. then I cut them in half and add sea salt , pepper and apple cider vinegar.. taste like a deviled egg but a lot less work!

those prepackaged salmon, eggs and chicken might be convenient but they are SO wasteful. You can easily buy in bulk and freeze them yourself to use over multiple days.

Hey, maybe try to not buy so many individual meals because its so many plastic containers! If you can avoid that, do it for the benefit of our planet! But good video though.

just so you know apple don't give you just as much energy as a cup of coffee. but yes they are wonderful! also snacking has no correlation with "keeping you metabolism burning". you can eat 2 big meals a day, you can eat 8 times a day. total calories is what matters. :)

buying single pre packaged chicken breasts is expensive so what you can do is buy the big packets and put them in the freezer yourself. it’s cheaper and more efficient

I’m not obsessive about how much plastic I throw out on a daily basis but I really think there are ways that take no effort and stop the excessive plastic usage... making your own “Splits” from jars of nut butter and jam, buying a whole chicken or a box of chicken breasts and boiling your own eggs. This was a super helpful video! It’s inspiring!

some other snacks are:
celery and peanut butter - healthy and high in protein
cherries - high in melatonin which helps you sleep better.

This is extreme I know!
All I can say is DO NOT THAW FROZEN CHICKEN OR MEAT in hot water because it would form bacteria. You could only leave it or thaw in cold water or room temperature.
I wish the general public understood the difference between a nutritionist and a registered dietitian. Anyone can legally call themselves a nutritionist, even if they have no credentials. An RD on the other hand has to go to school, get a BS in nutrition and dietetics, complete an internship and then pass a board exam. I’m skipping a lot of the in between stuff, but it’s just a shame that RDs are the most qualified when it comes to offering nutrition advice, yet they’re the most underrated.
All the plastic you use makes me cry, you work from home, it is absolutely unnecessary. The environment suffers so much and everything you promote just encourages trash production.
