I see so many what I eat in a day that are SO disordered, and as a Eating Disorder dietitian I get so frustrated that people are flaunting terrible and disordered days that my clients get SO triggered by. My favorite thing to do with the cauliflower thins is to make garlic bread! I put them in a pan with a little bit of garlic butter and they taste amazing! You can add a little bit of cheese or extra seasoning on top too
Honestly just throw some frozen fruit and milk in a blender or food processor, add a little honey if you want it a bit sweeter and TA DA 🎉 you just made an amazing smoothie

Liquid IV would work a trick as getting nutrience is more important now than ever - water is the best cure as helps give energy - being hydrated means your body can function throughout the day! Have been drinking 4-5 litre each day for one-year now really is a game changer! X
I just had a banana for a snack like five minutes ago - one of my favorite quick snacks. Also, all your meals looked fantastic! ❤️ Definitely want to try out those sodium-free seasonings!
One my most chosen dishes are BBQ vegetarian burgers and salad quick and easy yet tastes divine! Salt, chocolate and flaked almonds could not wish for anything else for sweet treat - will help stop those cravings! What the icing on the cake their sugar free; going to try them let you know! X
With you there the air-fryer is so convenient - used on the regular to roast vegetable and vegan burgers - its amazing! Only got a few flavour god seasoning my favourites the spicy one and garlic - going to be amazing to try the sweet variety that are available! With you there for the last six-month been non-dairy with being vegetarian I ate a lot of cheese - diary products along with carbs made me bloated! Since having alternative I would not return to my original food! X
You are absolutely amazing. What stores do you usually do your grocery shopping at? Do you stock up on anything like soda or water? Can you possibly do some in store grocery shopping videos? It would be awesome if you could show how you do your full shopping
You have all talked about splits recommending them If anyone has not tried them your missing-out their my regular afternoon snack now would not have anything else when running errands as they taste AMAZING! Give me the energy needed for the rest of the remainder of the day! That is partly the reason that I have splits as work-outs are hard-core sometimes having that additional energy always helps without eating anything heavy - likely to have stomach pains! X
That sounds delightful having the cauliflower thins as wraps with stir fry vegetable that would complement the no chicken burgers for sure - seems full of flavour even more than the bread version with having lower calories always a bonus!
