    First meal: Purple sliced sweet potatoes 400 on a rack for 20 minutes. Then One Avocado sliced with lemon juice instead of salt on top. Then on top prepped peppers and onions (earlier cooked in a plan lined with balsamic vinegar baked 20/25 minutes at 420 degees F) Raw onions/peppers on top for crunch. Eat as you would toast with a topping.

    Nutritious and delicious. These meals look so healthy and easy to do. I guess that every country has some vegetables that are specifically grown in that country and not in the entire world. As you mentioned throughout the video, use what ingredients you have available or like to eat if something in the recipe isn’t available or you don’t like it. I’m searching for a colander to drain the pasta into but I’ll find one eventually. Creating meals will be a lot of fun. I’ll have to get these recipe books and make the recipes in them, using as many of the ingredients as possible. You make your videos with so much simplicity that allows you to have fun whilst doing them. Thank you so much.

      Same here! I’ve already been WFPB for a long time and already was at a “healthy” weight and SOS is the only thing that has worked for me and actually helped me get closer to my fitness goals.

    Delicious and Nutritious -
    I love, love, love bowls. You get variety and nothing goes to waste because you can use a dab of this and a dab of that, make different combinations and change it up with toppings and sauces.
    The B12 is great!
    I’ve been using it about three months - A tiny little easy to swallow capsule. You won’t regret this purchase. I tried sprays, tablets, chewables, etc. if you have trouble swallowing things, this is so little, it’s easy and no extra junk. ❤

    I would love to see you have a discussion with one of the carnivore folks. They often say plant based people “don’t look healthy” and the comments on videos can be rough. I don’t think they would have any room to say you didn’t look super healthy!

    How about that, that’s how I start my day, with the B12 supplement. I’m definitely on board with Whole Foods plant-based (fruits, vegetables, legumes, whole grains, nuts, seeds), although I get a lot more of my calories from fruit.

    I notice you don’t eat much fruit? Is that a personal preference of wanting more veggies or do you not recommend having much fruit? ❤❤❤

      I love fruit!! It’s just a given ;) the meals themselves don’t have much fruit since it’s not so common in recipes. Fruit on its own is pure gold

    Nutritious and delicious! Am I the only one, though, that needs high volume to feel full? I'm making sure I'm eating half non-starchy and half starchy at every meal, but it usually takes me two plates (or bowls) to feel satisfied. I feel pretty good, but my clothes are getting tighter... 😕

      Some people need a little more protein to feel satiated. I know I get that way around certain weeks! It helps to add an extra serving of simple things like beans or tofu. Also, staying hydrated helps! Not an expert, just also a person who likes volume plant based eating, and needs a little extra sometimes.

      Sometimes it depends on in which phase of your cycle you are. In the second half we need and therefore crave more carbs. That’s totally normal when your hormones in balance :)
