I don’t believe he sings any of the studio recording. Go listen to all of the studio takes and compare them to his actual live singing. This is Paul Shortino and Paul still sings the same and hits these same high notes. I know Paul’s voice.
I was lucky enough to be a teenager when Whitesnake ruled the airways. I really wish there is a way to return back to the 80s. It was an amazing time. Sadly it will never be repeated .

I married someone younger. It's just weird to think how old school his tastes are sometimes. I wouldn't have even listened to this stuff as a munchkin... as for him, he wasn't even born yet. When he sends his older songs to me, I can't but help that some place w/ out, him & dad: well Bobby. I mean, boy, I mean son. You see here, this woman here, well, sh son. Idk much about women. Look at how me & your mom turned out. But your wife? Ummm here, this should work. Send her this! & then he pats his own back for it.

Adrian or Adje in dutch is an poëtic song writer for ballads, you can listen to his own Vandenberg music. David loved him for this, he is very fond of Adrian and they are still very good friends. I love the classy, elegant style, wich is pulling many heartstrings in listeners, the most stunningly beautiful clip shows it all, the sensual very classy magic in the air is beyond words. EPIC. 👋😀🇳🇱
Tawny was a total fox, and Coverdale may have looked like everyone in his bands dad (he was 10 years older than everyone) but damn that voice. Perfect 80's rock voice.
Eh, no. Tommy Aldridge and Rudy Sarzo are one year older than Coverdale. Adrian Vandenberg three years younger. Steve Vai is nine years younger though.
Rudy Sarzo is older! Also keep mind Coverdale was a veteran being in many bands mainly Deep Purple ages before WhiteSnake that why he was generally older than most 80's hard rockers.

Vandenberg and Vai - It's amazing how Coverdale managed to get not 1, but 2 guitar gods in this album. This song is really showing the best collaboration of Vandenbreg and Vai. Sarzo's bass line is the core of this song.. Coverdale's vocal at his best.. RIP Tawny for all these fantastic music videos we grew up with!!!

That B minor chord in the intro, and throughout the song, is the heart of this song. It has that beautiful lethargic sound...almost like a sadness or distant memory.
To me, Tawny and David will always have a deep love for each other. I buried my boyfriend 32 year's ago, and no man has ever filled that place in my heart. David and Tawny moved on married, had kid's and tried to be happy. But, they had a place in their hearts for each other that is forever. RIP Beautiful Tawny

Now Music is hanging on by the skin of its nails… Music made memories of Love, lost Love, life lessons,and Everyone stuck together as Friendships grew and flourished. Now, everyone’s Entire Existence is in a tiny box called a cell phone. I have Never used a cell phone Ever, nor do I watch TV, hand on God. I got all 4 of my grown Sons into our Era of Music Brilliance, and they always crank it up! What a Failed Society we have become…Peace to you, and keep that spirit in you!💯🎸🎤🥁

I am so very lucky to have lived through this amazing time in music. it's been 30+ years since this amazing decade has came and gone. but these songs are timeless in my eyes. I'm 60 now and I'm amazed to see kids in their tens loving this too. I've heard these songs played in other cou.ntrys. this as in all music transcends borders race religion and age. what I wouldn't give to go. back to this magic time in our history. a time when MTV actually played music and didnt fill their programing schedule up with teen pregnancy shows. imo the 80s also have the best TV shows ie Cheers, Night Court, etc. in and imo the best movies ie Ferris Buellers Day Off, Breakfast Club, Terminater , Rambo and may we never forget the best Batman of them all Michael Meeting. does anyone else here agree with me? Bill Williams I grew up in the 80s and the "hair bands" are the absolute best. Their concerts rocked. I would rather go to concerts and see these bands than any other genre. I am glad these bands are still rockin!!!
This music is huge in other countries. When they listen to music in English its mostly 60s-80s rock music
