Styrene foam is a no no. When in contact with gas, it will dissolve. Also, temperature when using this is "very important". It can make all the difference in the amount of expansion. Warmer the better, but not too hot. 80 degrees is ideal.

Maybe I’m wrong but I’ve seen a lot of other videos using this stuff but the use the 2lb density and it seems to expand and spread a lot more. I assume that the higher density equals less expansion

So … why not just fill the valleys with swimming noodles and be done? Why the chemistry and liquid foam?

The pour foam will benefit in a few ways: noise dampening, stiffen the hull, and less likely to adhere mold. I’m sure there are more benefits to it but those are the main ones that sold me on it!

Need more Warner temp, less humid area. 85’ F and dry air would do more

When pouring from a one gallon jug, if you pour from the side it lets air back in and you don't get the glug glug glug.

It’s coming along. I’ve been busy with school and other things so it’s been on the back burner. I’m hoping to have the next video out soon

You probably could’ve called one of those insulation companies and brought the boat there and they would’ve shot that stuff into your boat and I’m sure it would have been a little bit easier if not cheaper maybe I don’t know never tried but seems like whatever they use expands quickly and fills areas you can’t reach. And the PVC pipe I believe you should have used PVC cement not silicone that will fall apart in one day PVC pipe is met to be glued together using a cleaning solvent and PVC glue the silicone will never hold.

I used similar product. I wasn’t impressed either.
