S McCumsey in high concentration yes. Please check to see Codex Alimentarious for their list of Persistent Organic Polutants. We have banned Chlorinated Hydrocarbons and most Carbonates because of their very long residual properties. Think of taking an aspirin to cure your headache but if you took the whole bottle it would be harmful.

My retired father works at a golf course part time, cuts grass in the mornings. His bosses who are the greens-keepers work with these chemicals all the time. They are both in their early 40's, both have had lymphoma cancer. Coincidence???

Interestingly, chemical weapons like sarin, tabun, and VX gas are organophosphates. If it helps, think of these nerve agents as "insecticide for humans."

My understanding is that non-chemical management of pests is the preferred method. Using chemicals is more expensive and therefore, usually avoided if possible. This is with the assumption that chemical treatment is being done within legal regulations.
I think a great point is made in the video: "we all have a preception of what a pest is and other people may not have that preception." "Pests [are] in the eyes of the beholder."
If you were introduced to bedbugs in your home without pesticides you'd want to burn your house down. Trust me
@@chaseNurMom I have found a way to get rid of them use spiders I love spiders I see them like my sons I have a bunch of spiders and they love to eat them. I have spiders since 2015.
