The drum part here could literally be used as a practice exercise for incorporating different foot patterns together. He’s got those (I think) 32nd note bursts, to the triplets, to straight 16th notes, with those bursts peppered throughout. Fuck this song is so fuckin dope. 😅😂😊

It's a great song, but why's everyone acting like this is the heaviest they've ever sounded? Clearly some of these "fans" haven't listened to some of their older stuff, pre AOGHAU.
Exactly. It is a heavy song. But the riffs are pretty safe and sterile. They removed all of their atmospheric proggy metalcore riffs that they used to have. Old stuff is way better.

@@Liamliev Not sure who you are talking to, but for me I have moved on. I'm just voicing my opinion about music. That's it. Nothing wrong with that. And no I didn't send death threats nor am I a kid. I'm not upset over the change in sound. It is what it is. I personally don't listen to them anymore. This sound is not for me. Simple as that. I have no issue with anyone that likes this direction they went in. It's all good.
