Well one really need to do an effort to get a good quality flat at a reasonable price through agent, the guy showed me 4 worst houses before he took keys out for this flat, so dont settle if you are not ok with either quality or price . I got this one for 14K per year which is a reasonable price. This house is in Fasaliyah district of Dammam 5 min walk from Vox Cinemas.
@@srk9229 This appartment was unfurnished with 2 bed rooms 2 bathrooms and a combined sitting area and kitchen, the private open space was an added bonus and not considered in rent. P.s. 2 x water heaters were installed along with 2 x ACs.
@@sanaqayyum i can understand your frustration, change is always difficult and scary. Accept it as a challenge and work towards is as a team. You will have many options to choose from. Consider Dammam as a peaceful retreat.
@@hassanhak thanks , It’s really hard to find anything positive about Dammam . Temperatures are higher , it’s not as developed as Jeddah or Riyadh . Im having acterrubke time thinking that my husband could make this career move without researching and knowing about where he’s applying . Dubai is an international hub and Dammam is not even clean . I have decided to stay here while my husband will work there .
@@sanaqayyum my wife and kid are on visit visa and they got multiple exit reentry 1 year visit visas very easily. Without any problems. In terms of places and events there is Dammam Season with music concerts and festivals. There are many cinemas, there is a huge and awesome place called Ithra, do search it, it has lots of stuff going on around the year managed by aramco. Then there is Halfmoon beach, our favorite is King Abdul Aziz Park because of its greenery, it has many actives as well. Then there is fitnesstime gyms for women. And many million eateries. Dammam Cornish, Khober Cornish. Then riyadh is close by you can visit riyad on a weekend trip. Then there is Alhasa canyon and Alhasa Souq. So in conclusion Lots of stuff and opportunities are available if you are an out going family
