i dont know if you saw i t but one of the ladies so hit by a tire that was still on a vehical going at least 80 edit: 15:17 here it is now there are no garantees anyone actually made conctact with the vehicle, however, it hella looks like it!

I’m just going to pick on the racing match at impact at 26:11. There were several street races, which I don’t like for safety reasons all around. Racing down a country road after dark with no lighting doesn’t make sense to me.
What would make this even more entertaining would be to remove all guardrails and bleachers. Then,offer free admission to anyone with an aluminum frame nylon web folding chair that is willing to sit right on the fringe, where the grass meets the asphalt. The rest of the spectators would pay admission but would have to stand just behind the people in the chairs.

A couple of these crashes are horrifying! Glad if nobody was injured. This is why at sanctioned events they don't allow people to stand near the fence at the top end, way too dangerous (specifically the wrecks at 3:49 and 15:30). Even the guy at 11:13 was lucky the car slid the way it did. On another note, I'm glad to see Capitol Raceway is still around. It's the most local track I have here in MD. They talked about shutting it down for a couple years.
Why is there a 100 people in the staging area none of those people need to be there you don't see people standing on the track at other racing events something can go wrong at any second not just while car is moving especially dealing with nitrous blows me away people are so dumb to stand that close

They had to divide the people to get the cars through to race. All you could see around that starting line was money changing hands everywhere. I guess those people betting all that money thought they were really important.

How does it work in the drag racing community when another car causes your car to wreck? Are there liability releases that protect the out of control car from paying for damages and bodily injury?
Will someone please explain why so many people have to be crammed in the middle of the cars? There are only a few that are actually doing anything pertaining to the race.
The cars typically try to go to one side in the burnout so there tire tracks wouldn’t be straight to back up into . So they push it one way or another to get it straight
