Warren diesel can’t keep any of their trucks from starting on fire. They have a truck around southern Wisconsin that at least every other pull starts on fire. Eventually they need to start disqualifying these pullers for fires.

So the first had his pulling truck fall on him last year or so. He is slower than he used to be. The second flag man is 90 to nothing. He lives like there is no tomorrow. These flaggers have two different personalities for sure.

Turbo blanket housing. The straps get loosened and pulled up through the exhaust pipe.
Ok I’m really starting to get annoyed with these track owner/promoters. Got these 350lbs dudes with track official shirts on standing around with tractors on fire with zero safety gear on zero extinguishers zero radios doing fuck all on the track. Then something happens and they can’t even move fast enough to get an extinguisher and their pants are falling down. No more volunteers unless they know what they are doing. Pay the safety people. Someone is gonna get burned bad. 200 grand plus pulling rigs are burning because fat ass can’t do his job. Drag racing same damn thing. Get professional people out there to put out the fire out and get driver or get driver then put it out. Jesus it’s not rocket science. So worried about how much money you can make but screw the safety of the people making you the money. Figure it out.
Most of this ignorance is engines border fail before pull starts!

Man I ain’t gonna tell anyone where to be. That is typical government BS. You bought a ticket you can be anywhere as long as it is 20 feet off the track or so. Some places I have to be close to the fans. It adds to the videos. And sometimes it detracts and we get that.
The tape was straps from and exhaust turbo blanket. It came loosened and got pulled from the exhaust through the gap on the hood stack and the exhaust pipe off the turbo. It did not go through the turbo. It happened twice this year in front of our cameras.

Nah. If it was a total loss on the engine then yeah, maybe even up to $125k. Just a set of pistons and rods, then way less.

I may have missed it but I didn't see any pulls from Greenwich New York at the Washington county Fair grounds. They have tractor pulls, authorized pulls . 🇺🇲🇺🇲🪖🪖👮👮🚓🚓
